In my 10 years of dining at Chipotle this is the worst experience I have ever had! I ordered a kid’s quesadilla meal that comes with a taco sized quesadilla +2 sides( rice/meat etc) + a snack + a drink.
I asked the person what if I wanted to add another (taco size) quesadilla. He said he can charge that as a side. I asked him if he can give me only one side that comes with this meal and count this other small quesadilla as the second side. He said yes- so we got 2 (taco sized) quesadillas + side .
When we got to our table and we looked at our reciepts. We realized that we were charged two kids meal instead of one!
When I went to discuss this with the staff, he gave me tough time and said that it was a miscommunication and we have to pay for this other meal! After explaining to him that we would not pay for a mistake made at the end of the staff member he agreed to refund us the extra meal they charged. As he was about to do that, this extremely rude woman named DIANA ZHININ , who seemed to be the manger came to the register and said that she would only refund me a $1 and not the meal because she was going to charge the little quesadilla as the whole meal! She said things like “ I don’t know if you can read… but it’s written on our menu” At this point I gave up and realized that it’s useless to argue with such employees who give more value to proving their point and $3, than a customer’s experience!
When I turned back from the counter saying that they can keep that money and I will write a feedback of this experience they said ‘ Thankyou and go ahead’
What these franchises don’t understand is their abnoxious behavior brings bad name to an amazing brand like Chipotle! I have never felt so humiliated at any restaurant ( not just Chipotle) ever in my life!
Please stay away from this branch if you care for your self respect and dignity!
All this just to cover a miscommunication on their employee’s part ( which the other staff member accepted)...
Read moreOkay. I've been to a million Chipotles across the US. If it sucks, you just take it on the chin and keep it moving. This was different. This was so bad I HAVE to leave a review. I'm not even mad. It was so bad it was comical. But more than anything, I'm sad for the employees. I walk, they're not busy at all. Great! But the vibe was immediately weird. Whoever the guy with the beard was being a miserable jerk to his coworkers and extremely short with the customers. He was literally throwing food around like a spaz. So I started my bowl, the guy all the way to the right was pleasant and clearly trying to ignore the ugly dude with the beard. He started it off, which I was happy about. After the rice and beans, beard man takes over, looks at me and goes "queso veggies!?" "QUESO VEGGIES!!?" I didn't even have time to think so he kept moving. I didn't argue. He literally slopped my toppings in as if I did something to him in a former life. At one point I definitely laughed in his face because he was so over the top. Then the sour cream came out.. He doused the entire thing. The whole bowl. When I was checking out, the sweet girl at the register looked absolutely defeated. You could tell she was a victim of ugly beard man as well. I feel bad for anyone who has to work around anyone like him. Honestly probably wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for him. Also the place was disgusting. At one point UBM (ugly beard man) randomly picked cheese out of my bowl and put the cheese back. He we was getting ingredients everywhere. Whole thing was sad and unpleasant. I'm not gonna get into the food bc I basically took 2 bites and left. He should be fired. He's the ugly guy with the beard, you can't miss him. I have nothing to say about the other employees because they are all clearly a victim of him. I get it working sucks. I was coming back from a 12 hour day myself. No excuse. Fire...
Read moreOne of the worst visits to a Chipotle ever. Ordered at 1150 for 1215 pickup. Got there at 1220 and asked where my order was, lady told me a few more minutes. During my wait time around 10 front counter guests checkouted and left with their food. Its now 1235. At this point a new guest comes in for front counter and walks right up , gets his food and leaves total of maybe 3-4 minutes. I then go up and ask for a refund around 1240p. Informed them i ordered 50min ago, and still my food was not ready and a guy who JUST walked in and had his food made was only in the store for 5 min and left with his food. I was in store for 30 min waiting for a single 'bowl' order. They informed me i needed to do refund online. Wasted over 1hour of my day (including drive time back and forth) only to leave with no food and lose my whole lunch break. Horrible management whoever was working 4/15/2021 between 12-1pm.
