I brought in an IPhone 7 32GB no damage at all and was trying to sell it for a reasonable price. The phone was still locked w/o me knowing so FRAZ gave me directions to locations where I could get the phone unlocked since it was paid off.. well that took a few hours.. after finding out i had to wait a few hours for it to completely unlock I left the phone in store. I trusted FRAZ with my phone as I went home because I wanted to sell it but didn’t want to keep coming back & forth to the store since I lived miles away. He was very communicative every time I called he answered and when my phone didn’t unlock at the time I wanted it to, he still bought the phone although, not at the price I wanted it to be because the phone was still being unlocked he bought it at a reasonable price LOCKED. AND, i didn’t have to come up to the store to get paid he used a mobile app called “ Cash App” for those who don’t know about it you can transfer money within a click of a button. At the end of the day I didn’t want the phone that’s why it got sold for a lesser value and because it was still locked but the service here is great and I recommend anyone who is trying to get repairs, sell a phone or even BUY A phone with pretty cool accessories and the new standards of usb c cords and adapters and of course everybody’s favorite a reasonable price....
