Cinema 1 Plus — Local services in Washington

I originally posted this review to Facebook, but then my account was deactivated and it didn't save my positive words about Cinema 1 Plus! I just wanted to say that I'm 28 now and I've been going to this theater since I was able to talk. This is the best small town cinema I've been to, even after living in two other small towns in MO during my college years. Cinema 1 Plus has amazing employees, concessions, and movie choices! They are extremely family friendly and sometimes have events, like meet and greats with characters and photo-ops. I have so many great memories in this theater. I went to all of the HP premieres at midnight dressed as Hermione with my best friend and went on my first date here. I have never once had a problem with the management, service, food, or prices. Prices seem "expensive" to many people who have lived here as long as I have, because they have simply risen since the 90s. That is to be expected with it now being 2019. But prices are not outrageous like most places. They are an absolute steal! The only thing I hope that Cinema 1 Plus will consider is changing their seats at some point. I've noticed as I've gotten older and gained weight (considered plus size at this point), it is harder to get comfortable in most of the theaters. I didn't realize how harder it was for bigger people to go and relax during a movie, but I now get it. The seats should be a lot more inclusive, and by making them wider, reclinable, and all around more comfy, I think more people will be happy to continue their trips to...

This place would get 10 🌟 if I could give that. My husband and I are both handicap and don't go to the movies often since we are both on walkers. We driove from vincennes to see quiet place 2 only to find out it was upstairs. Ugh. We still wanted to see it so we decided to try and make it without the walkers. There were 2 young teens, a boy and girl working and they went out of their way to help us. 2 other teens carried our walkers up. The teen girl carried out pop and popcorn up. The young man came up half way through the movie to see of we needed more popcorn or drink. Then he came back after the movie carried both our walkers downstairs and made Sure we made it down ok. You just don't get service like that now a days. This is review is so long because we hope a manager sees this since we dont know how to contact them. MONEY GRAB, April 1st, 730 pm movie. Shady business practices

I bought 1 drink and the D&D popcorn set which was 22.00 And a drink for my son.

I only bought that set because I wanted the 7 dice with the D&D set.

They gave me everything but the dice. They said they sold out.

I stated that I only bought it because of the dice.and asked for a refund.

The manager came over and didn't care about me or the situation.

She said well if you don't want it I can put these in a different container.

I quickly realized what was going on .I said I see. That's okay . No, don't worry about it. It's okay.

I will never go to that theatre ever again.

No matter what they were going to keep the money.

Just saying #3 2 drinks and popcorn would have been 13.00 plus tax.
