Arrived 10 AM Dec 9,2020. John unlocked door 10:06AM. I explained I needed a specific Sim card and wanted to activate a phone. I have been with Verizon for 16 years and have had two lines. John activated the phone with the wrong Sim card and the wrong phone number. Now I have 2 phones not working. He called technical support as five other customers came in. John was unsuccessfully multitasking and handed me the store phone to work with the technical support person while he waited on customers. One customer asked why are you alone? He said his store manager was getting tested for Covid. I asked him why he did not disinfect my devices when he handed them back to me and he said he clean the store. Unacceptable! When I questioned him John laughed at me and ignored me was very rude! I told him this was not a funny situation I have two phones not working no assistance. And he laughed again. A second customer told him sheās right this is not funny. He laughed again and ignored me. I asked him for his name because I was going to report him and he refused to answer he just laughed again. John was very rude unprofessional unintelligent and should be fired. John left me with two phones unworkable and I had to deal with customer support 6 hours and be without either phon able to make or receive calls for 24 hours. Super unprofessional staff, completely messed up my phone trade in (we traded multiple phones in for a trade in promo). Took over an hour because the employee didnāt know how to actually work the computer system and had to call a manager multiple times who didnāt answer their phone. After MONTHS waiting for my credits to apply, 1 of 2 trade ins were applied and NO ONE knows where my iPhone 11 is that I traded in. It was never mailed is my guess. Take the time and drive a better store. This one needs MAJOR changes to staff including training. It should not take over 2 hours to trade phones in. You shouldnāt have to worry if your devices actually get turned in. I have been on multiple calls with Verizon support trying to fix my account due to poor customer service in your store. Thank goodness VERIZON customer support is AMAZING BECAUSE I cannot be the only person who has dealt with this store in such a negative way. I WILL NEVER go into this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate: received a call from "Steven" he was able to call another store and get a replacement screen protector for us. He was very apologetic for the situation. We were in and out of the other store in 20 minutes, phone has been fine since. He redeemed the Russell chain.
If ZERO STARS was an option I would have selected that! Customer service doesn't exist. Bought a $1200 phone plus $100+ in accessories at 12:30 in the afternoon on Saturday in this store. I believe "Savannah" installed all of the accessories. By 5:00pm Saturday the screensaver had come off. When we tried to replace it, it cracked. The store is not open on Sunday. So we called on Monday, Savannah states we will have to replace because she applied correctly. Obviously not true, we have never had a screen protector just fall off. Savannah refuses to try to get in touch with the owner other than "I will send an email" or pay the cost of shipping the new screen...
