I ordered from these people and within 12 hours buy order was canceled but not refunded. Because I didn't respond back with my photo ID in the early morning hours from like midnight to 6:00 a.m. so they canceled my order but apparently I won't be getting my money back they just stole it. Because all I got was an email saying that it was canceled but I lost ever received an email around midnight saying that they wanted my photo ID I guess being they didn't get my photo ID in the middle of the night then they canceled my product but here's the thing when I message him they still ask for my ID why would I send you my ID now being you've canceled my products if that's the case you cancel my order and you want me to send you my ID so you have all my information without verifying my age first that's the same as if a liquor store takes my money for liquor and I'm only 12 years old but don't hand it to me because I purchased something even though I didn't get the product and if not then you're admitting stealing so either way...

I recently stopped smoking cigarettes and was looking for an alternative that wasn’t a patch. However the idea of visiting a smoke shop was very intimidating for me - I didn’t even know the proper terminology for what it was I was looking for. The staff made me feel like I was in good hands and that there were still good “highs”’to be had after cigs, the manager presented me with a range of flavors that I think fit a flavor profile for clientele of a more seasoned smoker - I’m no longer in my early 20s and my flavor preferences are beginning to show that. Went here, earlier today in the afternoon with my SO and experience was literally horrible. Literally just saw what we got from this place today after driving back. Some staff members are great and some were plain rude that we've seen so far. We bought a lighter as a purchase with a gift, literally looks like someone used it. Fluid is literally low and have not used it at all. Either they changing how they run business or what but this is literally a rip off. Suppose to be what we paid for and couple tobacco products along side for 25 but damn. Save yourself the money and go...
