Everything was amazing! Extremely well done cocktails and mocktails, with quite a selection. Our friends who have been several times sat there isn’t anything they’ve had there that they haven’t loved. The fizzy fakiha had substance and wasn’t just your run of the mill sweet mixed fruit mocktail, it was delightful and not saccharine. The faloodeh swizzle was a lovely light refreshing drink that would be great on a summers day. Had plenty of taste, but soft and not not overpowering. Highly recommended. Getting a place to sit on a Saturday evening was a hassle. Very busy. Attentive service despite how busy they are.

This place is the gem this city needed. Not only are the cocktails and food selection amazing, I come here to feel like home. The music and diverse selection of cocktails, beer, and entertainment is top notch and unlike any other place I’ve been to. We tried the brunch menu today and it was TO DIE FOR 🤤 so yummy!! The halloumi is the best I’ve ever had and everything else was delicious, we tried the chicken fattah, the foul madamas, manouche, Turkish coffee that was so authentic I felt like I was in Istanbul, and the best Bellini and pomegranate mimosa I’ve ever had!!

i got the meal for 2 via caviar. it was amazing. it came with carrot lemon salad, hummus, handcrafted chips, 2 pita sandwiches one falafel and one chicken schwarma, I had the falafel one. this was the most flavorful food i've ever tasted in dc, no joke. the carrot lemon salad was fresh, cumin'y and crunchy, just sublime!, the hummus was laden with olive oil and silky smooth and fluffy and delicious, the falafel pita sandwich was packed with delicate flavors and spices and fresh parsley. the harissa condiment was really tasty and had a good amount of heat. the falafel inside the sandwiches tasted incredible and had the perfect texture. i think this might be my favorite place in dc and i was essentially in love at first sight (erm bite). the portions were quite generous. oh and i completely forgot to mention the chips! the chips were made of perhaps corn and definitely had a beautiful coating of sumac and other spices, they remind me vaguely of a bengali street food snack called churmur, I can't stop raving about them. i just feel like they paid a lot of attention to detail from the well balanced flavors, spices and textures to the symmetrically cut carrots, everything was perfection. the portion sizes were generous and I am so full and satisfied rn. i really wanna go here with friends to explore the rest...

I used to come here very frequently, and while the staff is lovely, management is incredibly rude. We were having drinks on the patio early in the evening and stepped off the patio to smoke. When we stepped off and were chatting my friend absentmindedly reached over the patio to have a sip of her drink. Management came charging out and snapped at us, tell us he has “gotten into a fight with a woman about this earlier” and we needed to stop immediately. I could understand this reaction if we had intentionally been drinking outside, but to be so incredibly rude to customers for an honest mistake is unacceptable. We had been planning on spending the evening there but after that rudeness we chose to leave immediately and spend our money somewhere else. We used to come here frequently, but after that disrespectful treatment we will not...

Awful experience! Came here with two friends yesterday. We were seated at a high top outside with two chairs. When I went to move a chair from the bar (there were two or three open stool/chairs), the bartender told me I couldn’t move one in a brash and petulant way. When I explained that there were three of us and only two chairs they didn’t care. For the next hour, the three of us were taking turns sitting down and they still weren’t willing to bring over a third chair. After trying multiple times to order more drinks but not receiving service, we flagged someone down to get our bill. 20% gratuity had been added. Learn from my friend today that they charged her twice so we spent $120 dollars for three drinks and bad service. Will not be...
