Giant Liquor — Local services in Washington

Whenever I drive by this establishment or attempt to visit for shopping, I find that they are consistently closed. Even on the rare occasions when they are open, the customer service leaves much to be desired; the staff, particularly a woman whose name I do not know, are often rude and unprofessional. I've made several attempts to check their hours, which are listed on Maps as being from 3 PM to 8 PM, but time and again, I arrive only to find the doors locked.
