If you’re looking for reflexology, THIS IS NOT your place. I’ve been getting reflexology for years by certified reflexologists. I’m visiting D.C. so I thought treat myself today. I asked for 60 min. Full body reflexology. When the front desk person walked me back to the room she asked me “you want medium or hard”. Without hesitation, I replied “hard” as my muscles are very sore. The person who was supposedly giving me reflexology, lightly massaged me. I asked her 3-4 times, “harder please”. She stayed the same. I paid $100. for something my 12 year old son could’ve done for me but better! I’ve training him for years! 😝 After the light massage, I told the woman at the front desk I was disappointed that she didn’t know reflexology and she couldn’t give me what I asked for. They both just stared at me and laughed, I told them it’s not funny. I paid $100. and still left $10. (I’m too nice) Normally, I would’ve given $20. tip. Cute neighborhood but this place has a lot to be desired for 👎🏽 I’d be shocked if this young lady was even certified masssge therapist let alone certified reflexologist. Out of all the masseurs at this place, Mary is the only good one. However, my partner had a bad experience when he got a massage here. The other masseur didn't do a good job, and my partner was in pain and discomfort during the massage. Even when he tried to give her instructions, she seemed unsure of what to do.

Afterward, we asked if someone else could compensate by giving my partner another massage since he didn't enjoy the first one at all, but the response we got was unsatisfactory. They offered to give him only 30 minutes, even though we had paid $250 for a couple's massage and tip. We also didn't receive a refund, and the customer service was terrible.

They also encouraged us to pay through Zelle instead of a credit card to avoid a 3% extra charge, which seems to be more about their fear of disputes rather than a genuine reason.

This spot opened up about 2 months ago and what a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! Lily was super sweet and responsive over text and provided one of the best deep tissues massages I’ve gotten in the DMV. I love a lot of pressure and she did not disappoint! The massage also comes with free hot stones and a hot towel at the end which felt amazing. My shoulders, back, glutes and legs are so refreshed! $90 for an hour massage if you purchase the 5-pack.
