Filled with homeless people sleeping on the base of the statues while people play with their dogs in the park. Also fake poor people come up to you asking for money. Also a fake veteran asking for money, as well. I also saw a black man accosting a black homeless man on the ground telling him, why on the ground, and cursing at him. This place is best avoided especially if...
