Ole Town Smoke Shop — Local services in Washington

I have some mixed feelings about this shop. I had went to buy a specific item that they did not have. Which is fine, I understand. Their shipment was late. Not their fault. But I will say that the employee directed me toward a different product which he recommended but had never used and had no knowledge about the product. But I took his word and purchased the product he had recommended. Big mistake. The product is horrible, like really awful. A waste of $50 which I thought was too high for then product in the first place. I would say that the staff should probably have more knowledge of the products that they are going to recommend. A bit frustrating of a deal. The store also doesn’t have a great selection of certain things to start with. These products are the soul purpose of this shop. Their prices are also a bit high. I can get the same vapes they have at another store for $10-$15 less. Same with their torches and lighters. HOWEVER…… I also would like to say that the shop is very cool. There are some neat things in there. Just random things. You never know what they’re going to have in there. And as far as my experience goes, I have had nothing but good experiences there. The employees are very nice, patient and for the most part, helpful. I’ve never had a “bad” experience with the employees. Bought a cleansing kit a worker hyped up and it did not work. Would not recommend. Very high prices and when i tried to contact them nobody returned my calls.

Edit: I can't reply to the shop's response, and I still have not been able to get a hold of any of the managers or owner. But I want to say that I have been toxin-free for 2 weeks when I used the product bought at old towne and I still was not satisfied. The employee who sold it to me said that everybody he had sold it to had positive remarks on rhe producr. I just do not believe that and I wish that they would be honest even if it doesn't help them make a sale. Now I'm having issues contacring the company (herbal clense) to get my money back. EXPLOITING PATRONS - If I could rate them a ZERO, I would. Price on the product I purchased was not price marked. When I was quoted a rate - I hear two different prices from two different people; one of $74.99 and one of $168.00. When I reached out from the manufacturer, their "suggested" retail is $74.99. When I asked the discrepancy, they said they have gotten more from others. IMO - they are taking advantage of people who don't know any better.
