The young lady Kirsten that works at this restaurant is the only reason I give 5 star rating on any of the options. She's kind professional, personable, hard-working, and dedicated. One night I came here to pick up a doordash by herself doing all the running and answering. She was delivering food by herself taking orders all while management just stood aside. I saw that she was very stressed out and it made me upset because the reason why companies like this lose good workers is because they do not take time to make them feel appreciated. This restaurant would not be what it is without this hard-working young lady. If corporate sees this or any sort of management sees this please understand this young lady to raise I don't know what you pay her but no matter what you pay her you need to increase it considerably. I will gladly poach her given the opportunity. Kirsten is an awesome young lady show hard-working and literally never says a bad thing about the company even though I know she is stressed to the max with all the work she has to do. Read moreI attempted to use the app to place an order, but received a message that the app was temporarily unavailable. The app offered a burger for 1/2 price and drinks for 1/2 price. I pressed the button for assistance and (I’m assuming) the manager came to my car. I showed him what I was trying to order and how the app wasn’t working. He immediately became defensive and said “I’ll give it to you for half price this time, but we have no control over the app. We can’t turn it on or off.” He reiterated that he would credit only the burger and drinks for 1/2 price.
First of all, the crummy app definitely isn’t my problem. Sure, they might not have control over it, but he offered no solutions. Second, I received my items and my drinks were credited. The ‘Big Dill’ burger was not. However, I did not argue about it. Oh, save your money. The Big Dill burger is garbage, just like the manager’s attitude. Finally, if you are in a leadership role, your customers shouldn’t hear you yelling in the background about employees and clocking in/out. Read moreFirst of all the car next to us never got waited on after I heard/saw her press the call button and I heard her say SCREW THIS and leave after waiting several minutes and nooone replied to take her order.
But as to our issue it said that Destiny was on her way with our food and yet we waited another 5 to 10 minutes before she ACTUALLY came to the car. We were literally getting ready to push the call button to see what was taking so long when we FINALLY spotted her coming towards us. She looked like she was pissed off at the world didn't smile or act friendly or anything. She literally handed us the food and didn't utter a word. My boyfriend asked if the spoon was in the bag or if she had one on her and she rolled her eyes and said very snippy that it was in the bag. I said loudly as she walked away YOU KNOW IT WOULDN'T HURT YOU TO SMILE AND ACT FRIENDLY TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
