When we approached the bar area there was a dirty dish setting where we wanted to sit down so we waited for the server to clear the setting and wipe down the area. She took her time and finally asked, may I help you, we said, we are waiting for you to clean the seating area, to which she replied, one minute. Who says that to a customer? One minute. How about sure, let me clean that right now, can I get you a cup of coffee. Here you are attempting to be rude...

I went there around 1:50pm (12/12), and the sales person at the counter (a bit middle eastern looking, tan skin dark hair) didn't even say hi or thank you, and was chatting out loudly with another staff (but she was in suit so I'm not sure if she's the manager or someone form another store, also tan skin dark hair) while other customers were eating there. What can I say... it's really Some basic manners that unfortunately not a lot of people have...

The most rude counter person I ever encountered. It is Saturday, in Ronald Reagan airport at gate 43C at 12 noon. I bought a fruit cup and it cost $7.14. I put the exact change on counter. The agent picked my cup up and put it behind the counter and said nothing. I asked what is happening. She said I need to pick up the money and give it to her. She said it is rude to put money on the counter. Are u kidding me Her...
