Located in Terminal 2, near the B gates, we had no wait on a September Monday at 6:14 am nor around 8:15 am on a October Saturday, which was nice. It was about a 20 minute walk to our American flight and less for JetBlue, about 5 minutes, but the plane was boarding 10 minutes early so we missed the first boarding group call.

The lounge had plenty of seating and it had a nice atmosphere. For the buffet, for the September breakfast, it was one of the most disappointing Centurion lounges we have been to, but when we came back in October, I increased my rating from 2 stars to 3. Also, in October, the female receptionist who greeted me and asked me how my last visit was also much more personable and apologized for the previous experience. An improvement from the September guy who took my card and didn't say a word - maybe not a morning person.

For September until 6:30 am, there was only cold food such as fruit, until after 6:30 am. When they brought out some hot food, there were not very good scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, roasted potatoes. The avocado toast look like it had been sitting in the refrigerator too long since it was dark green. The small pancakes tasted pasty. I didn't think it was possible to have a bad pancake, but there you go. In October, they had little quiches with sundried tomatoes and spinach which were good; I avoided the scrambled eggs. The avocado toast was not as dark green. The fruit selection was well stocked with melon, pineapple, strawberries and blueberries this time.

There is a made to order coffee machine that you could push the button to get your coffee. Not a lot of breakfast drink choices, but the bar was open with several people drinking Mimosas.

In September, the plate clearing from the table was not very fast, and the young man didn't smile. After experiencing the Chase Sapphire Lounge at Dulles where people were smiling, helpful, it was night and day. In October, there was a nice older gentleman asking politely if he could clear our plates which was a pleasant surprise and welcome change.

There are not a lot of bathrooms for the amount of people the lounge can hold, so you may find yourself waiting for the unisex bathrooms.

I do appreciate having a Centurion Lounge to grab breakfast before an early morning flight and am glad that things were a little...

Beautiful lounge located in the busy terminal #2, just before the end of the main stretch before it turns to the terminal 1 pathway. Recently opened so I think they have some kinks to work out, but overall a good experience. But for a lounge brand that takes pride in their chef inspired foods, it was not on par. I was there through breakfast and lunch. Was greeted at the door but no information was provided. I had to ask about the lounge to know where to go, etc. The food buffet for breakfast included slabs of eggs and shakshuka that was dried up and crunchy sunny side up eggs. The fruit spread was fresh and very good though. I later tried a few small bites of lunch which was chicken, asparagus, and polenta. Very average in my opinion. I hope they improve and suspect they will since they just opened. Overall the atmosphere was nice though with windows all around, on the top floor of the terminal. And various seating options like conference rooms, chairs, tables, and regular bar seating. There's also showers here. The bathrooms were very clean and had a luxury feel with upscale brand soap and lotion. I'll be back for sure, just hoping they get through the new...

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the employee Shane Chambers at the reception. After paying $50 for a plus one, we decided not to stay because the continental menu didn’t appeal to us. When we asked for a refund literally 3 min after the transaction, Shane responded with unnecessary attitude, making a dismissive remark about the $50 being “nothing” but still questioning WHY WE WANTED IT BACK. Of course we wanted back because he did not explain to us that was continental breakfast before we paid for the plus one. When we told him that we pay to have that membership and we should be treating us in a better way. He escalated the situation, threatening to call the police. For what??? This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. It was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I urge the MANAGER to review the cameras to see how Shane ignored our concerns and acted inappropriately. A truly awful customer service experience. That happened on Saturday the 1st around 5:20 am. I’ll go back to the airport this week and would like to talk to...
