I ordered a chicken Quesadilla to go while I was waiting for my plane and not only was I disappointed by the food, the customer service wasn't any better. The servers were working with the whole COVID safety policy by making sure that everyone was social distancing and that only a limited number of customers were seated. This was understandable but the hostess at the front was not the friendliest and didn't seem to care about helping the customers waiting in line. She seemed more frustrated that she was at work than trying to get peoples orders right and assigning seats. I had to keep asking her to speak up as I was trying to understand what she was asking me, you could tell that she didn't care. She also gave away a table to a different customer when she had told another customer that there was a wait. The single customer saw that and approached her about it and the hostess basically brushed it off and apologized. The customer just walked off to a different restaurant, the sad part is that all she wanted was a place to site and drink while she waits for her plane. As for my Chicken Quesadilla, the chicken was flavorless, inside the wrap the cheese was fine but the cream cheese or sour cream, (whatever it was) was just too much. The sprinkles of tomatoe pieces on top were pointless. The sugary sauce that was dressed over it just seemed out of place. I would not recommend this place for their chicken quesadilla if you're waiting on your flight. Their customer service could use some work also.

I was looking for breakfast before my flight. I almost went to the crepe place but didn't like that all the tables surrounding it were dirty. El Centro looked clean and inviting. Besides, this was the only sit down restaurant with table service in Terminal B/C that was open for breakfast at 6:30 am in the morning. I was seated right away at a table near a TV. Donna was amazing. She asked almost immediately if I wanted coffee after giving me a glass of ice cold water. The coffee was pretty good, and very much appreciated. The service was great! I ended up getting the breakfast torta with bacon instead of chorizo. It had a fried egg, oaxaca cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and pickled slices of jalapeno. It was actually very satisfying. I also liked that the breakfast potatoes were crispy. I'd get the same breakfast again. I didn't feel like it was the same old breakfast platter served at all airport restaurants. The menu had breakfast burritos, tacos, huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and even churros. I almost got the churros. I later found out that my husband had the churros at this very same restaurant a couple of years ago. I might get that next time. The food was also reasonably priced. It ended up being a very good breakfast option at Washington Reagan National Airport.

Nice place near gate 27-34 in terminal C of DCA airport. Caught breakfast here before a long flight back west. Their menu has alcoholic drinks and breakfast items. Like any place at the airport, it’s overpriced. I ordered coffee and huevos rancheros. Coffee was 3.30 per cup. Sugar, Splenda and half and half are on the table. The lady next to me had a mimosa that looked delicious. Food came out on corn tortillas that were uncooked and looked very raw or not warmed. The waitress was super nice and fixed it for me. The resulting dish was really good. I would eat here again if by myself. Maybe not with a big party as it is pricey.

A friend and I, shared the the *Carne Asada Steak Nachos with no sour cream extra queso on the side and had Diet Coke. The server brought Carne Asada Steak Nachos but there wasn’t any spicy queso on the nachos. There was hardly any or none pico de Gallo, A baby handful A black beans on the nachos. Carne Asada was okay not that good. The nachos only had a few whole chips The rest crumbs. We dig it two sides of extra queso but it was not spicy queso. We did get them to remake the order because of the crumbs of the chips. But it was still the same. Where was my spicy queso on the chips? Where was the spiciness in the extra queso that we ordered. We also had two plates so we could each pick the nachos off and put on our plate. My friend was done eating and she took his plate. I wasn’t done eating and I told her I wasn’t done eating but she still took my plate away. but she did leave the nacho plate. I’m like thinking to myself how rude I’m still eating. Well when I got done eating of the nacho plate. I lifted up the nacho plate on purpose and waited for the waiter to look over here and I said loudly “I’M DONE NOW YOU CAN TAKE MY PLATE NOW.” I think I embarrassed her. The waiter was very rude also with saying the food...
