Overall, my experience at Elevation Burger at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Terminal 2 was average. I would rate it 3 stars.
The Breakfast Burger I ordered was disappointing. It tasted like a leftover burger, as if it had been pre-made and reheated. The flavor was not fresh or enjoyable.
In terms of presentation, the burger lacked creativity and was served in a basic manner. It didn't stand out visually, which was a letdown.
However, the service at Elevation Burger was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Their great service added value to the dining experience and elevated my overall rating.
Another positive aspect was the easy access between gates when flying American Airlines. It was convenient to grab a quick meal at Elevation Burger without having to go out of the way.
If you do choose to dine at Elevation Burger, I would suggest coming during peak hours. This is when you are more likely to get a fresh burger, as they are likely to be cooked to order and not pre-made.
Overall, while the service and convenience were commendable, the pre-made Breakfast Burger and basic presentation brought...
Read moreI tried this place twice. The food isnât bad, but honestly really doesnât have a taste. Everything you get is kind of bland. The bacon on the burger is weird looking, but has a hint of bacon taste. Maybe I am just so used to fast food chains being loaded with preservatives, and artificial things, and this is just a clean burger. The signage makes you think so at least. The price also seems on the high side for a small burger. I mean if Iâm in the airport around the E gates I will probably eat here again, the only other options are a pizza place, wolf-gang pucks, PF changs, and I think a sandwich shop. I like burgers, this one isnât disgusting, itâs just small, high priced, and not...

There were no American Airlines employees in sight, her water had been taken by TSA, and she hadnât eaten in hours. Desperate, I called the manager from Maine and asked if there was any way someone could deliver food to her if I ordered it online. Without hesitation, he said, âAbsolutelyâIâll take it to her myself.â
Within 10 minutes, he personally delivered her meal, found her a comfortable place to eat, made sure her bottled water was open, and ensured she was at ease.
I wish I could give this man a hug. He restored my faith...
