Spliff Nation Dispensary — Local services in Washington

ZERO OUT OF FIVE IF POSSIBLE!!!! We just moved from CO and coming to DC expected such good things from this dispensary. First, there’s no store — so when I asked for gummies, I received skittles. The skittles had NO affect, literally none. My husband and I both took more than one and opened two separate packs just to make sure. We called the next day to see if this happens or if it’s just a freak accident to get a dud. They claimed it NEVER happens. So we believed them and ask for an exchange. Not only did they not call us back after leaving MULTIPLE voicemails and messages but we talked with someone on a support chat as well. Finally after 5 days we were able to get ahold of someone (still not the manager), we scheduled a “meet up”. After placing the order, we waited a full 1.5 hours in our car until someone came out. They only exchanged 2/4 of our purchases since I had opened two of the bags (understanding it’s covid, however, what am I supposed to do with the two bags I PURCHASED that are duds). We just got home two hours ago from the pick up, took the gummies immediately and NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING. I NEVER leave reviews or complain about a business but this has by far been the worst experience I’ve had in DC after...

Not sure why this company feels it is necessary to lie about having a storefront, just don't be stupid like me and walk around looking for one. Don't call them either since they will tell you the store is not at the Navy Yards but it is at Chinatown...so I went and waited in the cold for about an hour and a half from start to finish when I could have waited in my warm hotel room. They are real, only the "store" is fake, it is a delivery only service because our great Congressional twatwaffles left Initiative 72 incomplete as DC isn't really a state.

Olivia's customer service is as good as it gets when she is servicing you high as the clouds and likes to copy and paste canned responses unless you call her out on it. Then she actually does a little more on the service side.

I did not notice anything being counterfeit, other than the two line Google reviews with responses from the owners. Was provided two freebies for my misery sitting out in the cold, which could have been avoided if they told a mf they did not have a real store...

This dispensary is a scam all around. They perpetuate that they have an on-site location and multiple locations at that. They in fact do not. They require you to order online and then select a location for pick up — which they then text you and say you need to pick up at a different location because their “other locations” are closed. After you graciously drive 15 mins from your original location they will then tell you to wait for contact from a courier who will never show up. I personally called 4 different times to check on my order. Each time a different excuse. When the courier finally reached out to me after my last call to the “store” (after 30 minutes of waiting) the courier reached out to me and told me it would be a 5-6 minute wait. I proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes, followed up with carrier who didn’t answer and then proceeded to call me back 3 minutes later still not at the location.
