Left much to be desired. Booked couples massages for my husband and I to help celebrate our anniversary. The reviews were strong, so I felt confident that I would have a great experience. Unfortunately, it fell pretty short. Not sure if my expectations were too high or if I just didn't get a great massauese, but my massage was lack luster to say the least. I've had numerous massages, from prenatal to deep tissue and have a pretty solid baseline from which to compare. This was awkward, lacked any flow and technique was really inconsistent. He barely touched my feet and the "scalp massage" was basically him just shaking my head around and squeezing my temples. It was a mess from start to finish. At one point he just left my arm hanging off the side of the table; once I lost feeling I brought it back onto the table only for him to throw the blanket over it. All this to say, it was far from relaxing and I was actually counting down until it was over. Like what? Thankfully, my husband seemed to have a far better experience and was very happy with his massage.

I appreciated the acknowledgement from the woman at the front desk who discounted my service but I will be trying other spas...

My prenatal massage with Alex was excellent: he was professional, kind, and expertly released lots of stress from my body. The space was clean, calming, and beautifully decorated.

But the process of sorting out my appointment was very stressful and involved multiple phone calls and broken promises. (I was told to expect a return call more than once, and never received it.) I expected management to reach out at some point to assist, offer a discount, or at least apologize, and no one did. Instead I received a cold shoulder.

What's more, I was upsold on the cost of my massage moments before my appointment, by the front desk: having spoken to at least two members of staff over the past week about my prenatal massage (1/2 of a couple's massage), I was not told until minutes before going into the massage that it would be an extra $20.

Normally I'd be happy to pay that (and I did, in this instance) but given the hassle I'd been through -- and the fact no one had raised it prior! -- I was shocked they were trying to push an additional fee at the very...

Great experience. I called to book and was provided great customer service and very flexible availability. I arrived early (30 mins not on purpose but traffic was less than I expected). I was greeted and server immediately, even after telling them there was no rush I was happy to wait. The room and whole business is extremely clean, def a must for this type of service. My therapist was so nice, he asked a few questions to make sure he fully understand my needs, then he gave me some simple instructions to get ready. He returned in the appropriate amount of time and was sure to knock before coming in. He provided the most amazing 1 hour hot stone massage. Literally head to toe bliss. He used the appropriate amount of pressure, heat, and oil. After I was done, I was given plenty of time to get dressed, use the bathroom, and get myself together. At checkout the lady was super nice and offered me snacks. I was surprised with a first time discount. I will 10000% return. I am so happy I found this gem in my backyard. Highly...
