I recently visited Tiny Jewel Box for the first time and was very impressed with their extensive collection of both new and vintage luxury watches and jewelry. I went in specifically to see a Rolex watch, and although they had an exhibition version on display, they did not have any in stock, which is typical for most authorized Rolex locations. I had the pleasure of working with Damien, a young man who was both knowledgeable and patient. He was thorough in answering my questions, took his time, and never made me feel rushed. He also took my information and said he would contact me if the watch became available. His customer service was excellent, and I appreciated his attentiveness. The only downside to my experience, which can also be seen as a positive depending on how you look at it, was the interaction with the security personnel. Before taking a photo inside the store, I specifically asked for permission and was given clear directions on what to do. However, while I was following those instructions, one of the security staff snapped at me. When I explained that I had already asked for permission and was following the guidelines, their response was simply, "I don't care, I'm security." I felt that this interaction was less than ideal and somewhat discourteous, especially given that I was trying to follow the rules. Overall, my experience at Tiny Jewel Box was great, and I would highly recommend the store for its impressive collection and excellent service from the staff, especially Damien. I hope the security situation is addressed, as it did leave a bit of a negative impression on an otherwise positive visit.

I cannot recommend Tiny Jewel Box highly enough for your one-stop shop location for any high-end jewelry or watches in the Washington DC area! I moved to the DC area (Fairfax, VA) 2 years ago from NYC and visited almost all the high-end jewelry stores in the area looking to form a local relationship as DC was my new home. There were places in Tyson’s Galleria that were downright awful, dismissive, and rude to new customers. I get it, they are in high-traffic mall areas and really can’t be bothered with helping another “client” when they have hundreds of other already lined-up. A friend and co-worker of mine recommended I head into DC proper to visit Tiny Jewel, on my first visit we were greeted warmly by the staff, offered water and a tour of the store’s different sections and Pouriya provided us the best sales experience I have ever experienced at a luxury goods store to my wife and I as we got her lovely ladies Rolex Datejust on our first visit! My wife and I are big watch enthusiasts and since that day, we have found that relationship with our own local store that we have been looking for. The staff, especially Pouriya and the sales director Monette are so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable with the products and services they offered. We are customers for life at Tiny Jewel Box, it’s the people and the experience that makes the difference in the end when you are spending money on luxury goods and if that matters to you, you will not be disappointed!

Came on a random Friday on my Day off with no purchase history and entered in through the Rolex entrance and talked with Devon and tried on a Sea dweller, GMT, and Sub all in a steel and yellow gold bracelet for a timepiece I can dress up or down. Put myself down for the sub expecting to wait 1-2 years if im lucky. Didnt even know Rolex was apart of the tiny jewel box. I exited out of the door i came in and entered through the Patek entrance as a gentleman told me theres more to the store and didnt realize it was all connected lol. Walked over to see the other brands and met up with Michael over at IWC and really liked the Top Gun 41 Chrono. Just chatted about watches in general and moving to a 3 to 5 piece collection. Grabbed their cards from both of them and left to go see what Tysons had to offer. Texting a friend that imma just go home and dream about a call from the AD, minutes later i get a call from Devon saying he had the Sub 126613LN available for purchase! 3 hour wait isnt bad lol, rare occasion that a piece is available the day of. So if your reading this its possible! Ive been to several boutiques and this one was the best Overall in all categories of purchasing a luxury timepiece. I hope to do more business here in the future as some of my family members also want some pieces as well. Thanks again Devon and Michael!

I can't say enough about the phenomenal experience I had at Tiny Jewel Box! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Devon, a sales consultant who went above and beyond to make my watch buying experience truly exceptional.

I was specifically interested in a Santos-Dumont watch, and Devon's knowledge and expertise on the timepiece were incredibly impressive. He patiently explained the different models and their functionalities, ensuring I understood all the details before making a decision.

Devon wasn't just about making a sale; he genuinely cared about finding the perfect watch for me. His attentiveness, coupled with his in-depth product knowledge, made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.

While browsing the exquisite selection of watches, I also expressed interest in trying on a Rolex GMT Master II. I wandered over to Rolex section of the store and met with Cristina, Assistant Sales Director, Rolex & Patek Philippe timepieces. Cristina's knowledge of the GMT Master II was just as impressive as Devon's with the Santos-Dumont. She expertly explained the features of the watch and made sure I had an extremely hospitable experience.

Devon and Cristina's teamwork made my visit to Tiny Jewel Box truly outstanding. Their combined expertise and genuine care for customer satisfaction were unparalleled. Finally, after much deliberation (thanks to Devon's excellent guidance!), I found the Santos-Dumont that was absolutely perfect for me. Devon made the purchasing process smooth and efficient, and I walked out with a huge smile on my face and excited to pickup my Santos-Dumont in a few weeks.

Thank you, Devon and Cristina, for making my watch buying experience unforgettable! If you're looking for exceptional service and a knowledgeable staff, Tiny Jewel Box is the place to go. Ask for Devon and Cristina - you won't be...

A friend of mine invited me to the opening celebration of the new Rolex shop-in-shop at Tiny Jewel Box in September, 2022. It was amazing to learn some of the history of Rolex and the history of Tiny Jewel Box. I was also introduced to Brian Ehteshami. Brian then introduced me to his other clients that were also at the event. I remember a group of us standing in a circle at the back of the shop chit chatting about watches and telling stories about working with Brian and Tiny Jewel Box. Everyone had nice things to say. Everyone mentioned their positive relationship with Brian and how he helped them grow their interest in watches. Everyone described their excitement the first time Brian sent them a text to say they might stop by the shop because something from Rolex had arrived for them. I did not hear a single bad thing about him or the shop. Brian gave me a private tour of the shop and introduced me to some other employees. And then he listened to me as I told him about the types of watches I am interested in. I have now purchased two watches from Brian. Everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner. And he has not tried to push me to buy things I'm not interested in. I have also become friends with four of Brian's clients that I met at the Rolex event. We regularly text about watches and play golf together. I had what I thought was a "relationship" with "a guy" at the nice watch shop in Tysons Corner mall. But the only time this guy called was when he tried to push me to buy a watch that I would never want to buy. Things are very different at Tiny Jewel Box. Purchasing a fine Swiss wrist watch is a significant investment. It is very nice to have someone like Brian and Tiny Jewel Box make you feel comfortable and appreciated as you are making the purchase. I highly recommend working with Brian and...
