I used there paid parking garage this evening to attend a show at the dc improv, upon my return I discovered what a disorganized nightmare that was, thank god the building security guard told us that after midnight the parking attendants leave, which in turn could cause us to not be able to retrieve our vehicle until the next morning and pay a frivolous fee. He advised us to hurriedly go pay our parking charge and drive out, he in turned helped us by opening the shut garage door.
