*UPDATE My rating still stands at 3 stars based on the temp and high humidity in the building.

They have purchased more plates for the machines which is a big improvement and is much appreciated. A big thank you to the owner for taking action there. You can tell that they care about the business and take pride in it (no pun intended).

Just wish there was a way to get that temp down in there. I have worked out the last few days and had to cut off early yesterday and today due to feeling nauseated and overheated. The ceiling and occasional floor fans are welcome, but it’s still just too warm/humid for comfort. Having worked in HVAC, even getting a couple small dehumidifiers in there will greatly help with temperature reduction In the space.

Hoping that gets sorted. It’s even a little warm during the winter at 72 degrees. Gyms should sit around 70.

It’s a good gym. Nice machines and I like the new expansion.

Could be great with a few minor improvements:

They need to upgrade the air system or be willing to turn the AC up in the summer. 70 degrees is a decent temp to work out at. It gets a bit roasting and unpleasantly humid and warm in the summer time. This could be solved with some dehumidifiers or more AC.

They could also stand to purchase more plates for the free weight sets that are on opposite sides of the gym. At peak time, there can be a shortage of plates to lift.

Also, would be nice to go to the gym and not have to watch Fox News on every screen. I go to the gym to unwind and get my body and mind in tune after work. Would be nice to have some place free ugly from politics.

The staff and owner are friendly and courteous and they are convenient to use...

Lots of equipment and very clean. The owners are very nice. What bothers me is that the TVs almost always have the news on. Fox news, Newsmax, CNN.

Politics being as divisive as they are these days, I wouldn't have that as an option in my business. It gives off a very negative feeling. I'm definitely not telling people how to think or how to run their business, I just prefer not to be inundated with Trump and Biden and shark attacks and illegal border crossings statistics etc when I get my cardio in.

I recommend just leaving ESPN or something neutral on and either lock out certain channels or don't provide remote controls to the customers. Everybody on cardio pretty much has their phone or tablet with them anyway and probably watched the news 5 minutes before they left their house. I'll continue to come and just wanted to leave some feedback. If I feel this way, it's almost certain that...

I never fully realized how amazing All Pride Fitness was until I moved and had to switch to a corporate gym. The difference is night and day. At All Pride, the machines are always well maintained, the staff and members are friendly, and the trash cans and sanitizer stations are always stocked - small things that make a big difference.

Abraham, the owner, is a great guy - super approachable and genuinely cares about the gym and its community. It’s a rare find these days. Hopefully one day I’ll be back, because nothing compares to the vibe and quality...
