This is not my first experience with bad service at this store. I ALWAYS give any business a second chance, the first might have just been a bad day. Two people working in the store. One family, of three, at a table already eating. I was ordering three foot longs and had a list of what each person wanted. Female employee got out the bread, all sandwiches had the same bread, and started putting the meats on two of them. Male employee walks in and started making the third. I had both employees asking me different questions at the same time not finishing the first, or even the second, sandwich . I was trying to read from the list going back and forth, cheese, veggies, sauce. I asked if we could please slow down, just a bit, and they both became very irritated, and snippy, with me. It was 12:20 in the afternoon with only one, small, family in the building and no one in front of, or behind, me on a Saturday. Read moreDon’t order curbside. There’s no point because you’ll end up having to walk in and get it yourself anyways. After a long day at work and a sleeping toddler in the backseat I decided to place my order for curbside pick up in the subway app. Online it showed the order was ready for pick up. I get there. Park right out front and click the “here” button on the app to indicate I was ready for my order to be brought out. 5 minutes go by and someone else who was also waiting curbside got their order brought out to them so I’m assuming mine is on the way. 10 minutes pass. I tried calling the store 3 times. No answer. Went back to my email and app and clicked the “here” button again. 15 minutes now. I’m getting frustrated at this point and pull my sleeping toddler form the car and walk in. My order was literally sitting on the counter. The receipt taped to the bag says curbside. So my order was just sitting on the counter. Not in the fridge. Get home and low and behold the sandwiches taste gross and the bread is soggy and warm. Not a fan....
Read moreWas there around 3:00 one person in front of us, the lady had a name tag on you couldn’t read her name! I think I know why.... my meatball sandwich had no sauce just meatballs, didn’t toast it all the way. The next sandwich I ordered was on flat bread, the meat was one big lump at one end and hardly any at the other, same thing when toasted, she was in a hurry to get people out. Not taking time to make sure quality work was being done. When I asked for more sauce she said there wasn’t hardly and in the tub. I asked for more she didn’t answer! We went to pay and had only a hundred dollar bill, she said she can’t break a fifty looking at our hundred dollar bill. We said that’s a hundred and her response was I can’t take it either. Luckily I had just enough to pay! Maybe have more cash on hand to serve the public when they ordered! I said what if I spend 35.00 and had a fifty would you take it, her response was no, we can’t take fifties. Won’t go back there again! Better training for treating the public with respect, not rush...
