If I could give zero stars, I would. But required to give at least one, to post this review. I visited the restaurant via the drive thru and placed an order for 4 plain tacos with no lettuce or cheese, but with a request for extra taco sauce to be added inside the tacos. However, upon receiving the order, I discovered that cheese had been added to all four tacos, contrary to my instructions.
I parked my vehicle and went inside to have the order corrected. I approached the counter and politely explained the issue to the employee who was a Hispanic woman (detail provided because we do not have a name as she refused to provide it), who claimed to be the shift lead. Before I could finish speaking, she interrupted me and claimed the order was in another bag. When I persisted in explaining the problem and showing her the incorrect tacos, she abruptly told me I did not need to show her.
The shift lead then proceeded to suggest that I order "plain tacos", request extra sauce packs, and add the taco sauce myself to avoid issues with the order moving forward (given this location always gets this order wrong, to which she was made aware of). I expressed my confusion, noting that adding the sauce is part of the normal order preparation process. The shift lead responded dismissively, telling me to "just do what you want then,” grabbed the bag and walked over to the cook line. While she’s over there, she proceeds to speak in Spanish to another employee who was, at that time, washing dishes. As she is speaking in Spanish, she’s laughing, making me feel like she was mocking me. It made me feel very uncomfortable.
While I am waiting at the counter, I observe said employee starting to individually bag each taco w/o adding any sauce at all. I called out to her saying “can you please add the extra sauce inside the tacos.” The shift lead's demeanor became increasingly rude and unprofessional. She loudly sighed in annoyance as she threw her head back, aggressively added the taco sauce, forcefully threw them in their individual bags, forcefully pulled out and threw napkins in the bag, and then forcefully threw the bag of tacos at me. At this point, I politely requested to speak with a manager, she ignored me and walked away.
I then waited at the counter, and when the shift lead returned, I again requested to speak with a manager. She responded rudely, telling me I would have to come back another time. I then asked to speak with a shift lead, to which she claimed to be the shift lead. I told her I did not want to speak with her, and asked if there was someone else, I could talk to, as the entire interaction had been extremely rude and unprofessional, including the behavior of the cashier, Lucia, during this visit as well as previous visits.
The shift lead responded in a mocking tone, implying I only wanted to speak with her "Spanish speaking only employees." At this point, the interaction had become extremely confrontational, with the shift lead becoming increasingly aggressive and hostile, going so far as to almost yell at me about just giving me a refund and that if I didn’t want to speak with her, I can just leave.

Read morecarry out #404 JIB#8328 6/27/2015 10 AM i was trying to order and pay for 2 fully loaded breakfast sandwiches toasted both sides of bread, add onions and please cut in half. thats all i wanted but before i could even ask for the toasting of both sides or ask them to add onions and cut in half and then produce my coupon and then pay for the order ...the jack in the box people handed me a bag of sandwiches and said that was my order.
i said i havent even ordered yet or paid so how could that be my order.? and of course there is no way it could be as i ordered.
they finally let me finish my order and i expressed to them that i wanted it to look like the image on the menu boards with the pieces in the same order because they are really sloppy and joke around all the time by like putting the pieces all out of order like a joke. so they tried to make it and then about 15 minutes later they handed me a bag i opened it and not only was the bread not toasted on both sides so the inside looks like the outside but it was missing ham and one piece of cheese i showed the managers right there at the counter so they trashed it and started all over. after another 15 minutes they handed me a bag and i opened it right there on the counter and it was missing the onions i added. i asked what was going on here and if i was asking for too much after now being in the store for over a half hour with no food. the manager angrily threw the bag of food away and just decided to issue me a refund but i only wanted my food not my money back. also i had to beg to get my coupon back and my receipt back so i could file this formal complaint. since i only wanted my food i asked the manager if i was asking for to much and he rudely replied that my standards were to high and i was now loitering and had to leave. please watch video recording and sound.
i dont think showing them at the counter that the sandiches were missing ham, cheese and onions like they are supposed to have or that i added is having to high a standard is it? out of three attemtps they still could not get my simple order correct.
so i went home hungry and not having any faith in my home town jack in the box.

There was an employee sitting in a booth playing with their phone who glanced up and ignored me so I banged on the door holding my phone up displaying my online order. The employee sauntered over and opened the door and said they were on break. I asked for the manager and he said she is never here. I asked how many people were working there and he said 3. The employee did not care and shut the door. I paid for a product that was intentionally not delivered…THIS IS BY DEFINITION THEFT. Several other cars driving around the restaurant appeared to be having the same issue and reading previous reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem that Jack in the Box as a corporation clearly doesn’t care about.
