We had the carpets replaced in two bedrooms, and replaced the carpet with luxury vinyl flooring in the study, Jeremy and team did a fantastic job of the install. Very professional and friendly workmen. Jeremy provided guidance in our selection of materials, and worked with me to schedule around two other contractors. I ended up having 360 install the marble countertop on a new dry bar, something I originally planned to have someone else do. I really enjoyed working with the people at this company. They cared about their work and did a quality job, cleaned up afterwards, and was always communicative and on time. 360 design was a pleasure to work with. We needed our bathroom floor and floor hearing system replaced. We received estimates from 360 and one other firm. 360 was 10% less than the other firm. We knew that 360 had strong reviews so we went with them. We were more than pleased with the results. Our floor is beautiful. The workmanship is outstanding. In addition, the respected our home and we careful to cleanup before the left the job site. One other thing to mention. Their customer service was outstanding. They worked with us to select the colors and materials that we be best suited for our bathroom, and were good at communicating with us as the project moved forward. This is a high quality independent locally owned and operated business. The owners are very friendly and approachable, always ready to help with the entire process, no pressure. The two installers were very professional, experienced, and friendly, and they took their time to do the job right. We had our whole upstairs done (4 rooms, hall, and stairs), and they took 3 days to do it all, each day carefully moving furniture around and doing it all in a way to make sure we always had functional bedrooms at the end of each day. The quality of the carpet and pad are really nice, soft and well-cushioned. Can't say enough good things about this business, no complaints at all, I would gladly return...
