Ichi Teriyaki 26 — Restaurant in Washougal

Do I have to give any stars? I went in yesterday and ordered chicken teriyaki with vegetables and yakasoba noodles. I did not want chicken Yakasoba. When I got home that's exactly what I was given. A huge container of noodles with a little bit of vegetables and an even smaller amount of chicken. I went back today and explained that I was not given what I ordered. The gentleman at the counter was the one who took my order last night and I explain to him, you didn't give me what I wanted. I said today I wanted to order chicken teriyaki and vegetables only, so that I could add it to the huge container of Yakasoba noodles that I had at home. I would also appreciate it discounted because I didn't get what I ordered yesterday. The order taker told me No discount! No discount! and begin arguing with me In an accent that I couldn't understand and blamed it on me. So between the order last night of $16 the order today of $14, I spent $30 on a order that should have been $16 had I gotten what I wanted. I explained to him that I would not be back again ever and grabbed some extra sauce to make up for the difference. I do not recommend this place simply because the customer is always right. What a joke this place is, basically the whole chain is a joke. The food has gone downhill, same amount of rice but they have cut the meat portion in half and now the meat is swimming in some kind of watery brown yucky yuck and they no longer put sauce over the meat. The fried rice was tasteless, like they forgot to season it. Received a half full sauce container for the pot stickers.. ummm where should I end this.. oh oh how about drop the salad and put some effort into serving a quality take out meal.... You lost my hard earned money.. I will be going to the freezer isle at Safeway before I rtn to this restaurant. I heard Orchards has a good one.. I'm thinking 'it's shame on me if I go to another...

This place used to be amazing! I would order the chicken yakisoba every time I was in Washougal and it’s was perfect. Flavor was great, chicken and veggies perfectly cooked, and a massive portion. All are reasons I would order every time I’m in Washougal.

A few weeks ago I ordered it again and the portion was smaller and the food was super average. Thought it was just an off day.

Went there today and order the same thing I always do and this time an even smaller portion, chicken was dry, veggies were barely cooked, and it was 90% carrots.

Today may be my last time at this Ichi which is sad because it used to be so good.
