Bi-Mart Membership Discount Stores — Local services in Washougal

Bimart in washougal used to be one of my favorite stores. Since the covid Bimart doesn't have enough checkers. The lines are long and the set up isn't very good. I think you need to have the check out lines like they were before with the x's on the floor. The way it is now you have to walk right up next to the person standing in line just to get in line or to shop. I dont see how this is 6 feet apart when you are that close when trying to get in line, the only thing that separates the people is a rope how is this protecting the customers? Also get more checkers so we don't have to stand in line, today there were 6 people waiting and only 1 checker. The person working customer service can't see that there are lines where the counter and the line is and not sure if the checher can't call for back up or what , or she can't see how long the line is. Isn't it better for the customers and the workers to get customers in and out fast? Less exposure? Also the last couple times I've been there the price was wrong and instead of taking the customers word they have to call someone up which takes forever just to say I was right making everyone wait. First time I went into this place after having relocated here a year ago. I wish I had not gone in, because now I am going to go all the time! And also mad I didn't go sooner now that I see how great it is! They have a lot of things I cannot get in most chain grocery stores, like Affresh. I have to order online. And I was annoyed to see I'd been schlepping to Target for sodasteam canisters when they sell them and they're down the street from where I live in Washougal! The staff are very friendly, which is one of the reasons I will return apart from deals and items they offer. I went there for hanging flower baskets. Left with $100 worth of other stuff and no baskets. So, reckon I'll be going...

Bi-Mart was clean, neat, organized, and well stocked. It's like any store, you need to know your prices before you go in. I got some really great deals and saved a lot of money. The majority of the staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the product in their store . The good thing about this store is that the owners are the staff and therefore, they really take great pride and taking care of their store. And I like the fact that the money I spend goes actually into the workers pockets since they are owners! Also, they have things in the store that you cannot get elsewhere.
