Kaladi Brothers Coffee — Restaurant in Wasilla

The reason for poor rating is two fold. First I ordered the RedGoat dark roast coffee. I have enjoyed this roast for a few years in Anchorage. All the locations in Anchorage seem to be consistent as fat as flavor and strength of the RedGoat. At this location the RedGoat was see through lite and berry bitter. Not sure what is going on. Second, when I brought this to the attention of lady working ( 6 pm. 5-14-15) she basicly blew me off and made an unconcerned comment about she had nothing to do with how the coffee turned out, people come from Anchorage and set the "drop weight" ( that a new one to me ). She offered no immediate solution. I went to her a second time to tell her that it should definitely be fixed because it is so noticeable by anyone who has enjoyed good RedGoat. I asked her directly do you have any control with how this coffee comes out? She said no. That's crazy! Whatever "drop weight " is , it needs to be fixed at this location. Bad coffee! Facility was clean and pleasant. Bathroom was clean! Met a few nice people and had good conversation. Bad coffee ! Need some improvement on taking customers seriously and finding solution. Perhaps if your dark roast is lite, give $ back or at least offer...

I used to really like this place, but I just had an experience that has me looking for a new coffee shop to frequent. I placed my order and their register was down. The barista said she could make the coffee & I could pay once they got the card processor working. I said that was ok, I'd rather wait and pay first-because I didn't have cash and would feel bad if I was unable to pay for it. I went and sat down-opened my purse to get out my book- when I heard the barista complaining about me. From the other side of the shop. "I said she could have her coffe, but like, is she stupid or just not listening to me". Well, I left. I'll go pay $7 three times a week for my morning coffee elsewhere. And my...

I have never had a coffee here that I've enjoyed. The location is dingy and dirty, and they are ALWAYS out of food. Today, they were out of everything to make the coffee specials advertised. If you want decent coffee and a clean atmosphere, go to Crema or Karma instead.
