I feel sad i have to give them that one star they dont even deserve that one star iv been at many places in my life i have never any met disgusting people like this accuse me of stealing I'm there with my children she was so ignorant talking about if i don't like what we hear we can leave I told her to get the police for them to come and check us she said she's not going to do that. but why did she just announced to the whole entire store amd i would really like to clear my name bottom line shes wrong all around she should have called the police she is the employee and person making the accusations and isn't that store policy but she obviously knew she was wrong

Not to bad, the place is well kept and organized. New inventory being added regularly. But it is what it seems like which is just an impulse store. It's a great place if you are on a budget and want to spend on your kid. Plenty of times take a kid in there with $20 and they can pick up a few good activities on a budget. My reason for taking 2 stars is when a staff member said "kids cant touch the books unless they are buying ". Which is extremely FOOLISH because children pick books based off covers at a young age to read and saying that is discouraging. If they can touch anything with parental permission to take the one they want it is not another person's opinion to put in. And no my child isn't unruly. He wont even touch things in stores unless he gets my approval so the associate was just plain...

My daughter and I love this store! It's definitely one of our favorite stores! The staff are always so kind and do their best to keep the store stocked and organized.

If I had a complaint it would definitely be that they don't allow customers to use their bathroom. This is frustrating when you're shopping and suddenly need to go and end up having to leave a cart to walk next door to Dicks Sporting Goods. I understand not letting the random people that walk in with backpacks and look homeless, but if you see a parent and child needing to use the restroom, the least you could do is allow them to use it.
