Latest attempt at a visit was today for takeout. The female hosting it was filled with an unnecessary attitude towards me from our first interaction over the phone which lasted until I was physically in front of her. Wanted the chicken quesadilla but with a different seasoning than the Cajun it comes with. She informed me it’s just plain chicken. Okay cool. I check the menu after we hang up cause I know there’s a sauce/seasoning made with it and sure enough, I call back letting her know. She then tells me “oh, but it’s just a little”. I don’t want any of the Cajun, but would like a bbq seasoning instead, she updates my order. Awesome. I go inside with my daughter to pay and she shows us the food. I was actually shocked it was done right-but then she shows me the bbq sauce was added in a cup. She informs me they don’t make it with other seasoning/sauces, they just put it in a dipping cup. I tell her I’ve had it done before (literally only ever get quesadillas or wings when I eat at this chain), so I know it can be done, but whatever. Not a big deal. She was disgusted I called her out I guess? But I asked for a cup of water. She storms in the back to get it. Before I could also tell her I was going to require a military discount since she told me the total, she was gone. Comes back with the cup and I let her know of the discount. She pushes the swing door open hard, says “this bitch is so fucing annoying” and calls for Josh to get a override card. Now again, my child is with me and young but observant. So I ask the female if there was a problem. She continues keying in whatever on the POS, doesn’t look up. I ask a second time. No reply. Finally I say “excuse me miss, is there a issue?” She doesn’t glance my way still but says “no, no issue” with such attitude like I wronged her. Then tells me my new total and once again storms in the back. I turned and left without the food or paying. I wish she had a name tag on because I would throw her name in this review but she was 100% awful. Was in such a rush and had such a stink from the very first time we spoke and it didn’t change but only got worse in person. I would have happily made all my requests known from the beginning if she wasn’t insistent on walking away every second but hey. Hands down one of the worst service I’ve ever received from here. I would give it one star, also due to 8/10 times my order not being prepared correctly the first time around, but there have been a few times where the staff can at least fake happiness to serve me whether I’m dining in or doing takeout and those moments stand out enough for me to give it two stars. Read moreOur order was placed online, said it would be ready at 7pm. It was ready at 7:50! Had a 15 minute drive home to find half the order wasn’t ours, what was, was made wrong and were missing items. I called and asked to speak to a manager, a girl told me they couldn’t come to the phone, and could she take my number. I told her I wanted my order remade, she said it would be ready when I got there and hung up on me! Never asked my name or what my order was. Got in the car and started heading back, called the place back and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. When they finally picked the phone back up, it was the same girl who had hung up on me. I told her that I was almost there and that she didn’t get my name or order, but certainly hoped my order would be ready like she said before hanging up on me. Which of course it wasn’t because she never got my name in the first place. Walked into a very crowded waiting area. I emptied the entire bag to show them what was wrong and the amount of chipotle powder that was all over every container and a huge pile of powder in the bottom of the bag, that was also all over my kitchen counter as well. The girl proceeded to tell me that I was being childish and said she was going to get security, which I welcomed her to do. Finally the manger did come out, asked who I was, printed the order and went to have it made. Read moreLet me start off by staying that I working in hospitality and customer service has forever been a strong point of mine. Also let me state that when good service happens, I do go out of my way to compliment them to their manager. So needless to say the once in a blue moon that I do receive terrible customer service which leads me to have a bad experience I will mention it. So when I came in, same as the usual set up... very bubbly host which sat me at the tables around the bar. The waitress barely spoke on the other hand. The couple times she did it was with a very rude tone. She never came around to us (me and two of my girl friends) which lead us to have no napkins. Then, when it came time to pay we asked to spit the bill. I recieved my change and it was 17.98 for example so I asked the waitress if I could give her the 2 cents and the rest of the change if she could give me a dollar(funny because I was going to use it as a tip) she acted dumb then closed the drawer but since we all were paying cash she had to open it again so I asked again and she acted as if she didn't understand what I meant to I explained in detail and she simply declined. Also she didn't hand us out change she threw it on the counter which I found completely unacceptable. Mojority of the waitresses seem to be rude at this location, not in my top 5 places to go.
