The meat was not hot for nachos. It was like eating old nachos. At one time I use to say that it’s had the best nachos but they have been falling off every since they have gotten so much business. How about we show them who is in control them customer! They have the worst customer service in Waterbury in the Mexican food business. I myself have sent them a lot of business n the past, but they don’t respect there customers . New food truck to go to is the one on east maybe n street across from Barnes and nobles plaza , they appreciate and respect your business. I will never return to that food truck. Because I think they got too bog for their britches, and now don’t respect the Pythagorean made them popular! Which means the food suffers .They are too focused on the number of people they are serving and not the product. #Disappointingnachos#They didn’t care because I didn’t speak Spanish#Where is the people who want to make money and Respect...

GREAT Food!! I’m so glad I tried this spot. Have enjoyed Mexican from my college days and it’s been a struggle to find the best tasting/authentic meals. EVERYTHING we had was enjoyable and properly prepared; .i.e shrimp taco, street corn, steak burrito, etc. Tamarind juice was nice as well.

The chefs know the right seasonings and take pride in making the food to express their culture which in my opinion is the reason to try different foods. Burrito was nicely wrapped, grilled pressed, lots of great grilled vegies and stuffed appropriately with cheese, meat, onion, and other elements. Shrimp taco was medium sized, so not the tiny ones – healthy sized shrimps, topped nicely with trimmings. The corn was AMAZING..... Yum

FYI – although there is inside seating, I wouldn’t classify this as a restaurant that can accommodate a large # of sit down/inside guests, so expect a more casual vibe. Only 1 customer restroom + some outside picnic...

Very fast and convenient authentic Hispanic food. The customer service is usually very friendly and they’re always accommodating for the customer! The delivery service is berry fast and friendly, there’s been a couple times where they forgot something in the order (usually when the whole office orders from here) but they’re always on top of it and makes sure to send you the correct or missing order free of delivery charge and they’re super fast about it! The food is always fresh and delicious, it’s very consistent so you don’t have to worry about coming in on bad days, they have an amazing bar inside the little restaurant part of you want to add variety or switch up your meal. Everything off this menu is amazing and there’s actually really good vegetarian (can make vegan) options. Would recommend to anyone looking for good quick Hispanic food or tacos. Not entirely authentic Mexican but it’s very darn close and amazing definitely...
