Been a LONG time since I was in a mall, especially during the "holiday season" and Brass City Mall is a Ghost Town. I came to warm up and eat some lunch, but there were no people at the stores and a few were getting food. I was going to get some Sakura Japanese food but the place was filthy so I opted for Charlie's Philly Steak at Brass City Mall, Waterbury, Connecticut USA . I’ve been going to this Charlie’s for 4 years. All the staff are wonderful except for one lady. She is ALWAYS rude to me. I have to repeatedly ask for my discount. And normally I can tollorate it but today pissed me off when I watched her prepare my food and she only gave me a small amount of blue cheese with my meal.
