If you want a really good bowl of ramen noodle soup, you will find it here in the Brass Mill Center food court.
I had the tonkotsu ramen which is a pork soup with slices of roast pork. The broth and pork were very good and tasted authentic, along with all the usual toppings you will find at a quality Japanese ramen restaurant. I also had the fried chicken wings and they were as tasty and crispy as in Thai restaurants.
They also have a buffet of the usual, ready to eat dishes you will find at the majority of asian restaurants in mall food courts, although the Ramen took about 10-15 minutes to prepare in the back kitchen.

The noodles didn't look anything like pad thai, so I asked again incredulously. They assured me that yes, the noodles were what I was looking for me. I figured, ok, maybe a mall restaurant just isn't using the right noodles and it will taste like it.
