I am posting this comment on Watertown Talks as requested in the Cease and Desist letter sent to me from lawyers representing Move it, Clean it, Clear it. Since this is complying with a legal request, please respect MCC and their lawyer’s wishes by not taking this post down. Please reference the attached letter from their lawyers requesting that this post be made on this forum.

A few weeks ago, a Watertown Talks member recommended Move it, Clean it, Clear it to me on my post where I was asking around for an attic cleaner. I commented that I had had a falling out with Kate Keller and Chris Keller, the owners of that business, and didn’t wish to do business with them because of interactions I’d had with them personally. I’d like to restate those comments and address Move it, Clean it, Clear it’s request for me to retract them. I mentioned in my comment that Kate Keller (KK) and Chris Keller (CK) had acted intentionally abusive to my/our elderly parents. Kate Keller is my sister, and I was referring to a handful of things that happened between her and our parents. KK and CK had retaliated for getting evicted from my house in Watertown, CT by immediately calling AT&T to shut down my parents cell phones unbeknownst to them. KK paid the $170 balance remaining to pay off my mom’s phone so that she could cancel their lines on the family cell phone plan, and then later demanded that my mom pay her back the $170. This rushed, unannounced action caused my parents to lose their cell phone numbers of 15+ years, and be left without any cell service until they were able to set up new plans with AT&T (note: my parents had always paid for their cell phone lines on the family plan and were current on any payments) Chris Keller verbally threatened my father by saying that he would “beat him to death” CK logged into my parents’ Hulu account, which they paid for and shared with him, and he changed the password so my parents couldn’t use it Kate and Chris Keller, for several weeks, would disconnect the cable modem in their bedroom, and then lock their bedroom door when leaving for work in the morning, blocking my parents from accessing internet or TV for the entire day until KK and CK returned from work at the end of the day. My parents paid a proportional share of utilities in the house which included the cable bill, but were prevented from using it. By locking them out of the bedroom, KK and CK also prevented my mother from being able to shower, since she had been using the shower in their room as it was the only handicap accessible shower in the house. KK and CK refused to shovel the driveway in the winter creating an unsafe, ice-packed surface for my parents to get to their car. When my parents asked them to help, they said to have me shovel if for them (even though I wasn’t staying at the house at the time) KK would refuse to let my mother pet the dogs or cats or have them in her room, calling the animals away and putting them in KK’s room instead (she did the same with my nephew, telling him not to talk to his grandmother or grandfather)

As requested by MCC’s lawyers, I’d like to clarify that the above are actions performed by Kate Keller and Chris Keller as individuals, and while I may still view them as having been intentional abusive to our parents and question their manners as people, their actions are separate from their business Move it, Clean it, Clear it, so I want to retract my statement about why I no longer do business with Move it, Clean...

Kate, Chris, and the whole team at Move Clean Clear helped me in rescuing my loved one from a disastrous situation. I had a family member whom was a horder and I could not remove all the trash and items myself. It was not possible to sort through the mess while being delicate to family member who had treasures buried throughout the debris. These guys rescued me when I thought all was lost. Kate and Chris were so understanding and patient in sorting through the memories, treasures , pictures etc. and were swift to bag up all trash and remove it immediately without haste. The team went above and beyond my expectations and I’m still in belief days later that this chapter in my loved ones life is over. Most important my family is safe thanks to the help of Move Clean Clear. I hope to never be in this situation again but I would 100 percent use them again in the future for any of their many services and would 100 percent recommend them to any one who knows somebody that needs help or is a horder as well. 5 stars all around!

So if u need some work done...please do yourself a favor and just sign up with these folks! They are a good hard working crew...THEY REALLY WORK...and their name says it all...they do like EVERYTHING!!! We initially contacted them to clean out our basement which was wet...so it was gross hard heavy work....but also it was complicated they had to move and not break cables, wires, and demolish a heavy structure. These folks are good trustworthy pleasant people, and they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...SMART and Efficient!!! They did such a nice job with the basement we asked them to help us do a major spring cleanup....our yard, and garden beds are vast and our plants represent a huge variety....they did great!! We have had folks do work for us in our yard in the past but these guys....were so neat, so pleasant and so easy to work with!! The mulch they got was the best I've ever seen ! I can't possibly say enough good things about this team of folks ....who are BTW LOCAL and a small business...so u can "shop local and literally support a family in your community" And most importantly GET YOUR JOB DONE RIGHT, the first time. 😉😀🤗
