Let me start off by saying, I’m all about good service above all. It’s really hard to find a place where employees don’t give you attitude for asking questions! This place exceeded my expectations- great, friendly customer service! I only have ordered through doordash from this place with my co-workers- they’re packaging is secure and neat. I have never had a problem except for this weekend. My friends and I placed a large order and some items were leaking, bags weren’t sealed and we thought it was weird since it’s not likely of this place! Our order took longer than usual (never have waited too long) we got a call from our dasher saying they were waiting for our order. We called, and the person on the phone had no idea what was going on and didn’t solve my problem at all. She didn’t speak English too well, so we just called it a day. We decided to give it another try- we placed an order through phone today and from the phone call to picking up the service was great! I mentioned the problem to the cashier today, and she was very apologetic about the situation, she took the time to search up my order and offered to fix it! We will keep ordering from both platforms since our problem was offered to be fixed. I recommend everything from this place- but if you’re in the mood for an authentic birria quesatacos I would recommend else where! Other than that this is the place to go to!

I had to edit my review because I have not had the best experience recently. Cashiers are rude and make you feel guilty for not knowing how their menu works and you feel uncomfortable asking questions. Girl at the register was having a conversation with the cooks and was not paying at attention to me, and seemed like she just wanted me out of there, cutting me off and saying “anything else” when I tried asking a question. I tried ordering on their app because I still wanted to enjoy their delicious food without dealing with the anxiety in receiving rude customer service again, but it’s not available any longer! I tried asking but no one answers the phone and when they do they say “it’s a doordash issue” welp. Oh well most businesses can’t keep up their good food and customer service but it’s a shame it happened to this place because I really liked it. Girl was so rude to me and the girl in front of me. She got my order wrong because she was literally LOL with the cook guy inside the truck. When i came back to fix my order she was AGAIN so RUDE and treated me even worse than when i ordered. As soon as i saw how she reacted to me driving all the way back to fix my tacos, i changed my mind and asked for a refund. I did not trust her or them to make my food. Heck NO. so i went to Parys Red Taco Truck instead. Tacos El Jerry is hands down one of the best taco spots around! We drive all the way from Salinas just to indulge in their amazing food, and it’s always worth the trip. The flavors are out of this world, and every taco is packed with deliciousness!
