Pizzamia — Restaurant in Watsonville

I like the pizza here and have been going for a long time but I won't be coming again. I used the Parmesan shaker on my pizza and was told by a younger gentleman not to use it as it's reserved for single pizza slices and I had to use the packets, which makes absolutely 0 sense, I don't know what idiocy that is. He made me feel like a criminal for using a Parmesan shaker, absolutely terrible customer service. I don't like the packets because they get all gummed up and told them so and was told "well next time you can't use it". Yeah, there won't be a next time. I don't know how a small town business can afford to treat their customers like that and have stupid rules that forced their customers away. But I will not be coming again, give your customers what they want or they won't come back. I really don't even understand the logic behind that rule, it makes 0 sense. Not to mention we came almost a month ago and they said "They were running low on the shaker cheese so I couldn't use it", but this was clearly a lie. Don't lie to...

I usually dont write reviews I honestly would say this is my first one, but customer service here was awful. If I could give 0 stars I would. Usually have no problems here. But my husband and I came we have 3 kids who were super hungry, walked in ordered && PAYED, waited 20 mins, (we were told 15 mins and it would be ready), and when we went in to see of the pizza was ready got a total different response. The lady said that she didnt have anything for us and that we had to wait another 15 mins,every person who walked in after us were walking out with pizza boxes in less then 5 mins, phone orders and walk in, when we complainemid they said phone orders come first to them ,despite waiting the time we were told. 1 slice is $2.75. $5 minimum to use mobile pay/credit card. Slices are big and the dough is thick and chewy like Costcos pizza. They constantly make pizza and you get slices hot and fresh not re-heated like other restaurants. They only have pepperoni for slices, otherwise you have to order a whole pizza. No one really uses their seating area(think it's closed) everyone comes here for a slice and takes it to go. They will plastic wrap your slices if you ask. Wait time is less than 2 min for a slice.
