Santa Fe Mercado - Carniceria — Local services in Watsonville

I was walking in the neighborhood cause I'm new in the area. I needed to use the restroom and asked the grocery clerk and he told me that it was in the back. The Santa Fe in Los Banos has restroom that are available to the public so I didnt think of it. I go in and noticed there wasn't any toilet paper. So I texted my fiance and he asked the clerk. He was attacked by the manager and 3 other associates saying shes not allowed in there. Too bad for her. It must be tough huh. Ask our Director for toilet paper cause shes not supposed to be in there. He said we asked and was given directions. We are not causing problems. So rude and mean. I see that there are a lot of other Mexicsn Stores in the area so they have alot of competition and with workers like that. There store would NOT EVER be my choice or anyone I know choice. There is a better way to communicate that there is no public bathroom instead I got treated like I was some homeless person off the streets. Don't go there unless you like Mean...

Today September 27 2025, on my way to monterrey, I stop like before to this Santa Fe Market in Watsonville, I ordered chile verde, a regular burrito of Lengua/tongue, a chicken quesadilla and 3 tacos of lengua/tongue, there was no one preparing the orders, the Lady who took the order did not know how to prepare the order, a latino male was helping and took a long time to prepare the order, by my surprize, the chile verde the pork Meat was Hard like it was rosted it was not soft like was supposed to be, the flavor was no good, it did not taste like a chile verde dish, the burrito was no good either and so the quesadilla and the tacos the favor was not that good like in prior years, before there was lady's with experience preparing the food quikly, this place have going to the drains, I will not return to this place ever again after this bad experience. This market also does not have a restroom for the clients, definately is a bad place to do...

The asada nachos are amazing, unfortunately I can’t say the same about their customer service. Every time I’m there, something always happens and an employee always has an attitude and it’s always the females! So I started using their doordash service but that sucks too! I didn’t mind paying the extra price of that meant not dealing with their customer service but jokes on me because it was worse! I ordered 4 asada nachos and only got 2 delivered. Called them and told them and they made it seem like it was my fault, they didn’t even apologize! I’m all about good packaging, and good presentation.. and let me tell you, they just shoved my order in a plastic bag, didn’t even bother to tie it (it was opened) no silverware or napkins and everything was leaking. I called to tell them that and all they said was “we were busy” women cashiers are always so rude have the worse attitude. I can tell whose am employee because they don’t care about...
