FedEx Ship Center — Local services in Waukegan

Walked in to this location today ran into this guy named HAMID seems to be from India who works behind the counter in customer service is no help whatsoever he's rude along with the other short girl who supposedly is the help. I walked in just looking for an answer as where I can locate my package and all he said was call 1 800 number which i already had did but was having problems and it would hang up on me so that's why I asked this knucklehead for help but he got mad and said this is not FedEx Ground. I said ok I'm just looking to pick up my three boxes that's all he just kept saying call 1 800 number for help what kind of help is that that's why I went there because over the phone I was having difficulties. Then as I waited for 15 minutes another customer walked in behind me and his help the short girl help him instead of me after I waited for 15 minutes.Then I asked him for his name and he got mad again you could see the red and his eyes all this because I wanted to know where my boxes were avoid Federal Express and this location and they're too expensive anyways if you're going to send anything its better off going to the post office.I was just going for help but what I got in the end is that he showed me the door and went into the back and didn't want to come out to help anymore and I can hear his assistant laughing in the back great work Federal Express nice employees...

So on Saturday i look at my door and see a sorry we missed you your package requires a signature tag. I was home all day and sitting in kitchen heard no doorbell or knock, I live in a small studio so I would have heard. The tag said Will deliver Monday before 10 am. Here it is Monday and the tracker keeps changing from by 10, then by 10:30 now it says end of day. But when I tracked it recently says at Waukegan facility? So I call and needless to say that was a useless experience. My question is....why is there not one person at Waukegan facility you can contact to verify package is physically there????? If I leave to go pick it up and it shows up at house I will miss it? Fed ex used to be so well ran, what happened? Ok so here's 3;26 update i get a email saying it will be delivered by noon today?????? so one says its at their local facility one say going to be delivered 3 hours agao???? theses folks need customer...

I ordered a package that I was actively tracking and I was told by the company I ordered from that it would require a signature so I waited home all day and the tracking info said it was out for delivery from this location however it never came and nobody ever came to my door. This morning I look on the tracking page and it states my package was delivered to my door without a signature at 1:45 yesterday! FedEx never showed up and worse they claimed to have delivered my package but never did! That package was over 200 dollars and I am furious! Never in my life have I witnessed something like this.
