Marshalls — Local services in Waukegan

This store has some bitterness to it, and should understand that many people stay from around the world in surrounding hotels for business and fun, but when it’s time to go to the (only) decent retail store in the area with brands (Marshall’s) there is always a problem finding (Men’s shoes) mostly 80% of the time, there!s barely any men’s shoes in stock, it’s pathetic again this is a huge problem for being the only brand store in the area to go to. I enjoy going out to the Casino and often come out here on business and getaways. It would be good to see the shoe problem taken care of, more men’s shoes, please. More...

They are usually clean when we come in and shop. The employees are pretty nice. I would suggest they try and organize their clearance products better. It was a mess trying to go through everything. Some of the items were broken, opened or stolen. I just gave up trying to find anything good.

We usually come in to buy our dog his toys. They have really good deals on their products. We have gotten him about 5 different items from here and only 2 have survived. (Doberman). We got him one on this shopping trip, and he loved it.

I am new in town and stopped for some items. My children mistakenly forgot to take some of the items we purchased and left it in the front. Thank God, We were able to recover it after noticing that we left the items at the store (after 4 days).
