A Heartfelt Thank You to Ivy Hall
Hey there, fellow cannabis enthusiasts! đż
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with you all and express my gratitude to the incredible team at Ivy Hall. About two months ago, I received news of my reassignment to Illinois after spending a couple of decades in Europe. As I prepared for this new chapter, I decided to find a local dispensary. That's when I stumbled upon Ivy Hall!
To my surprise, I shot off an email and Ben responded with such enthusiasm and helpfulness. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond, which really set the tone.
When I finally arrived in the county, fate brought me right next to Ivy Hall while I was getting my new USA phone number at the AT&T store. It wasn't until I was chatting with Raven inside the dispensary that a lightbulb went off â this was the same place I had reached out to! I quickly checked my email, and everything came full circle.
Although I didnât get to meet Ben, I had the pleasure of interacting with Raven, Tito, and my awesome bud tender (I apologize for slipping on names!). They were all fantastic â knowledgeable, civil, kind, and genuinely helpful. It felt harmonious, and I couldn't have asked for a better welcome.
Thank you all so much! đ I'm thrilled to make Ivy Hall my go-to dispensary. My bud tender buddy raved about the Rhythm Carolina Honey Popcorn, and I had to snatch it up. Itâs been a delight to enjoy â definitely a chill, dense indica thatâs smooth, tasty, and a hard hitter.
Looking forward to many more visits and...
Read moreI flew to Chicago for an event last month. I stopped at Ivy Hall on 2/6, as I was in a lot of pain after a car accident recently but couldn't get out of this trip. The store was nice and clean, everybody was cool, professional, respectful. I had every intention of coming back the following day to re'up before flying home. Unfortunately when I got back to my hotel and went to open the first bottle of 20 Boost tablets, I was very upset to find the inner seal under the cap was lifted off the bottle. I proceeded to count the tablets, to only find 19 in the bottle. Upon opening the second bottle, the inner seal appeared in tact, but also only 19 in the bottle. A wave of absolute shock and disgust washed over me, and has not left me. Someone is skimming off the top somewhere, and I don't know if it is someone AT Ivy Hall, or at the manufacturer. The Ivy Hall sticker was in tact on both bottles but easily could have been tampered with at either point. I have never had an issue like this in WA or CA. Safe to say, I did not return to the store. I would not have been able to tactfully handle that confrontation. It probably would have ruined my trip and been especially time consuming with my tight schedule also. I really hope that management or an owner investigates this situation, because it's not a good look, considering.
Attached is a picture of my receipt, a picture that I sent to someone before opening, and a picture of after opening with the numbers on the bottles once I discovered the issue for documentation or...
