Panda Express — Restaurant in Waukegan

Walked in at 950 with my family, placed 2 orders for honey walnut shrimp that needed to be made, was ok with waitng 3 to 5 minutes for cooking. I kindly asked the server not to make any of the plates until the shrimp was up because didnt want families food to get cold. She threw the food she had scooped into the plate back into the serving warmer, rolled her eyes and walked away. Her along with 2 other servers walked away from me/ the serving line, kept peeking out and was talking about us, which I believe was retaliation. The shrimp then came up, the original server filled the shrimp and put aside all 3 orders and then all 3 servers proceeded to help 6 other customers and intentionally let our food sit on the counter for 25 minutes. I had to interupt to get my order and was told we had to wait because the other custimers had priority. So your 3 servers decided to retaliate on my family and I, intentionlly left out order aside and kept it cold on purpose. I would like managment to call me and fire them 3 staff members. I had to watch our food because after they started fulling our order they kept checking to see if we were watching them fill the order and again I believe they were going to intentionally do something bad to our meal that was unhygienic. And also, a gentleman 5 customers after me, they rushed his order and misplaced the lid and when they handed it to him it fell on the floor. The register person resealed the bowl and handed it back to the gentleman to eat verses remaking the order ALL WHICH TOUGH THE FLOOR. This is absolutely DISGUSTING and should also have health inspector come and really see whats going on! I'll wait for management to...

I got terrible food poisoning from this place but the food is always delicious.

Edit: The food is okay. I went there again after nine months. I get that fast food service can be a pain to work in. Especially when there's rude customers but I'm everything but rude so I am friendly to fast food workers.

Well, when I showed up it was almost empty save for two other customers waiting. Girl In the food line (wearing glasses) was in a bad mood. She kept huffing and puffing and giving attitude. I asked for some food and she served me but was throwing the serving spoons around and giving me looks. When I went to pay the guy couldn't find my tray. Apparently they were out of one of the options I asked for but she never told me. She just set it aside and went back to huffing without telling me it would be a 10 minute wait and telling me to get something else or sit and wait. Instead she let the food sit there and get cold.

Fine, whatever.

The thing that really got to me was when her coworker, the guy, stepped to fill one of the tray and she screamed at him in front the other two customers and myself. "GET OUT OF MY WAY!" The dude just stuttered and then moved. He didn't say anything and looked embarrassed.

What an unprofessional person. This is one of those times I have to say, if you don't like your job then quit.
