Honestly, I have never had such a bad experience with a waitress before at ANY restaurant. She was a white lady with short brown hair , she had it tied in a ponytail, was heavy set and looked like she was in her 50’s. She worked on November 27th some time between 3:30pm - 5pm . My daughter and I were meeting my brothers (we are Hispanic by the way) and sister-in-law (who is white) there to eat together. My daughter and I got there first. Normally, they sit us down while we wait for the rest of our party to get there in case we want to order food . I told her the rest of my party will be there soon. And she puts the menus back down and says “ok then we’ll wait for them to get here. Have a seat on the bench there” not even giving us an option if we wanted to order something while we waited. She did not want to sit me and my daughter down. She wanted to wait until the rest of our party got there. My daughter and I waited on the bench. Then a bit later my daughter, who is speech delayed , signs to me in sign language that she was hungry and wanted to eat. So I asked the lady if it was alright for me and my daughter to order something while we waited. She looked annoyed and asked “how long until the rest of your party gets here?” I said “umm, I’m not sure. It might be a bit” I was puzzled on why it bothered her that I asked if my daughter and I could order food . She scoffed and made a face looking even more annoyed and said “ugh… alright then, I guess I’ll just sit you guys down then” my daughter and I go and order food. She’s speaking to us so dry and annoyed . And Not once did she come back to check on my daughter and I. Mind you, the place was almost empty. There was NOT a lot of people there. There were 2 groups of 2 that were pretty much finishing up their food. My little brother arrives and she comes to ask him what he wants to drink, again super dry and annoyed, and my brother felt it and said “just a Pepsi” and she says “uh, PLEASE” like for my brother to say please as she walks away before he could say anything. The rest of our party gets there, and you can just see and feel her energy switch up when she sees my sister in law. She speaks to my sister in law so kindly , calling her “hun” a lot. My own sister in law who is white can literally see and feel the energy shift the way she’d talk to me and my siblings compared to how she’d talk to her. I told my sister in law before they got there that she didn’t wanna sit me and my daughter down until they got there. My sister in law asks “did her attitude just change when I got here?” I’m like yep…. We were so disgusted by this . As we are eating, I noticed a small group of 3 come in, Hispanics. Two of them went to the bathroom and the 3rd waited to get a tablet for her and her friends. That lady that was our waitress goes to her and says “how many?” And the girl says “3” & the lady said “ok well are they already here?” With attitude And the girl says “umm yeah.. they’re just in the bathroom” and the waitress replies “ok then I’ll sit you down then.” I don’t understand why she was frustrated and why it mattered if the party was there or not yet. The place was almost EMPTY. I’d understand if it was busy or steady at least but it wasn’t at all. She was the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. Food was great…. But her attitude was not. I do wanna shout out to this girl who brought out our food. She looked like a teenager, short, super curly dark brown hair with glasses, she was SUPER SUPER SWEET and kind every time to all of us when she...

Quick background for effective context - I've been in the Navy for 10 years and my field of supply specializes in retail and services which heavily encourages and is dependent on customer service. I worked in the restaurant industry for 2 years before I joined the Navy which helps me be aware of my views as a customer and as worker.
This all happened on Saturday, October 21st around 1600 (4 P.M.)
As a drill instructor at the Navy base we don't get as much time off due to our important task at hand for the nation. I wanted to take my wife to get some food and also catch some college football. We walked in and it was maybe 8 to 10 customers sitting down so it wasn't a packed crowd. One of the young ladies was going to sit us at a table that had a bunch of fries and crumbs on the ground. My wife pointed it out before she tried to sit us there and she put us somewhere else and for about 9 minutes we sat there and we noticed a few things.
It is not crowded and 4 workers are standing around instead of cleaning up all the trash on the ground. They dispersed around our 4 minute mark of sitting there. No one took our order or even said anything to us for the 9 minutes we sat there even after walking by us and looking at us including the manager. (Managers wear polo shirts according to the Buffalo Wild Wings website) Another couple arrived at our 8 minute mark and asked for napkins to clean up their chairs due to it being dirty. My wife and I got up and left along with the other random couple and outside they said their whole booth had trash in there.
I've been here before and have had good experiences with minor problems but after this experience with zero effort for basic customer service I can't allow myself to return to this specific establishment where laziness and the lack of standards for cleanliness is...
Read moreDidn’t want to leave a negative review so I asked to speak to a manager which happened to be Jason but because of my negative interaction with him I went out of my way to leave this review because he didn’t really care to know why I had a negative experience. Came on Tuesday to watch a game and enjoy a nice dinner and it went well that I decided to come on Thursday. Expect that my visit went horribly wrong that now I don’t ever plan to return to this location. My food was very cold when it got here and plus it had taken over 35 minutes to arrive. So I asked if it was possible to get a new set of wings which they happily made for me again. But the second time they were very burnt and crunchy that it was hard to eat them. I felt bad asking for another set of wings so I tried to eat them but I barely ate half my food. In addition to that our server seemed to not be herself compared to when she was our server Tuesday. She kept coming back to our table because she would forget the sauces we got than didn’t remember if she had our debit card to pay for our order. It almost felt like she was high which isn’t the issue it was just that she wasn’t remembering anything and I feel that’s why our order took so long the first time and why the wings were cold. As for speaking with the manager he had no sense of awareness on why I was bringing up concerns about my experience. He didn't seem to care what was wrong or what could be improved for other guests next time all he said was “thanks for letting me know”. Rather than as a manger investigate the core of the issue as to why my experience was negative because that’s what I lead with when I wanted to speak with him. That’s how you improve the environment for other future guests but I guess he really...
