I am in disbelief this place went down hill. A couple summers ago I dropped off a bridesmaid dress and was so pleased with the amazing service, fairness and price! The dress was done in a timely manner! However this summer I dropped off a dress for my baby shower and when I went to pick it up, the doors were locked. No one was answering the cell phone number left or the number at the store. I found out later that the owner was in jail! No one was there to return the dresses. I couldn't believe my first baby shower and I was going to be unable to wear a dress I purchased for the event! Not to mention I paid for the alterations ahead of time. The store did end up opening on Saturday morning, I am assuming friends of Stephanie's were there handing things out to customers. However, my dress that I paid for was not done. I didn't really care just wanted my dress back. I ended up pinning the dress for the shower. I realize everyone makes mistakes but this could've been handled in a much more professional way. She should have arranged for someone to go to the shop and call the customers considering she somehow arranged for the shop to be open after the story appeared on the news. I will never go back to this...

I stopped in the other day kind of last minute and met with Stephanie for some tailoring. I was familiar with her store as I had walked by occasionally and visited once for some advice on fixing a zipper. I could tell by the looks of the crowded store that she was very busy and I also new that she had limited staff at the time. Regardless of her situation, she dropped what she was doing to greet me and we spoke briefly. When I informed her that I was attending a wedding the next day, she basically went out of her way to squeeze my tailoring job into the night and rapped it all up by about 5:00. Normally a customer would need to give advanced notice at least a day ahead, but she made an exception for me being that it was my first time as an actual paying customer. Furthermore, I told her that it didn't matter how my pants were tailored, I said, "if you only have time to pin them, that's fine". When I took a look at the cuffs, they were neatly hemmed. Very professional. She also gave me some advise about what to wear with my suit which I took into consideration. I was so happy that I stopped back later just to show her how it all...

The service is horrible. i dropped off jeans may 30 to have one button sewed back on and was told if i waited it could be done, but did not have time so i came back jun 1 two days later to pick them up in the morning, pants were not ready. I was told by a lady she got messed up the night before and didnt get anything done.WOW!!! Then she told me to come back later that day and she would have it finished cause she was gonna be there all day and night working. I came back at 4:30 and they were closed. Annoyed!!! So i came back jun 2 saturday morning pants still not done. then i was assured they would be done by jun 6. i went there when they opened at 9am store was not even open. drove back home called at 9:30 to find out pants still not done....... ARE You serious!!!!! all of this wasted time for one freaking button to be sewed back on. Then the lady tells me i can come pick them up and take them somewhere else if i want. Not an apology,not im so sorry let me sew this ONE BUTTON on right now. Just come get it if you want. Never i repeat Never go here if they cant handle one button what are they good...
