A gem within downtown Waukesha. Great selection of guitars (acoustic and electric) and basses. Even with a focus on these, they still manage to have keyboards, bongos, amps and all sorts of stuff. The owners and their staff are so nice, and as another reviewer mentioned, very genuine! I've been taking guitar lessons with Ben for some time, and although I've moved to Nashville, I'm still doing video lessons with him. He's a great teacher -- very patient, customizes lessons to what you're looking for, and just an all-around good guy. Outpost music is great, friendly and extremely helpful for a 65 year old newbie. Decided at 65 I always wanted to try to play the guitar, and yes Ben Janzow can teach an old dog new tricks.
