As a mother of 6 children who spends an average of $1500/mo at Target I had the worst experience of my life. The teenage cashier was clearly frustrated, as was I, with my toddler who was crying. To make things work and put salt in the wound she was trying to give a just two year old who is screaming s sticker yelling at him "you gave to stop crying if you want a sticker" repeatedly. He didn't care about the sticker. Even after I told her that she proceeded to shove the sticker in his face. Then as I was putting something in the cart she yelled "LADY put your card in" and I could t hear so she yelled it again. I have never had an experience like that before at any of my weekly trips to Target. I was embarrassed not only because my son was acting up but at hoe disrespectful this young lady was and how unsympathetic she was. I suggest a training with your employees on how to appropriately handle situations...

My review is a mixed review first I waited 20 minutes for somebody in electronics. Then the boy came looking like he didn't want to be there. He went to another customer fine whatever right but he didn't even acknowledge me and he was going to take a 30 minutes to switch phones for her. All I needed was to check if they received a book. That I came the night before to get that didn't get off the truck yet so u had to come back so I did. No big deal. Well I was getting upset so I started to walk up to customer service while this very smiley , helpful girl named nai , I'm sorry if I spell her name wrong, she called a manager to help me and a lady name Gail came. That first girl was great she made my day for being so nice and helpful to me. I didn't get my book anyways all the hoops I went through it wasn't there. But it was great to see a younger person liking her job and to help people I appreciate...

It's 8:24 at night and I withdrew 20.00 from Targets ATM machine. Giving them my money to get cash. Paying 3.00 ATM fee.

I immediately approach this short white woman with ugly Kate Gosselin hair who refused to get me a roll of quarters. Telling me we don't sell rolls of quarters and to try the bank.

Why should wanting to do the laundry be such an embarassing stigma? Who has rolls of quarters laying around? This is a high end retail chain. Rolls of quarters should be a courtesy offered to your customers who come here choosing to pay more.

I grabbed a box of garbage bags because I was planning to shop here anyways and I check out at the nearest register. My change was 8 dollars so I got 8 dollars in quarters and emptied out this poor girls till while Kate Gosselin leans back on a counter looking like she's ready to watch football.

What sense did that make? NONE!
