I rented a flute from this establishment for my son in fall of 2022. The flute was in superb condition. The payments were fair. I also set up a few classes for him that took place at the waukesha location as well. I moved to wisconsin from the south during the same period and had multiple, life changing issues I had to deal with. Every employee was kind, knowledgeable and helpful beyond their assigned duties. I wish I could remember everyone's name.

Lauren was his teacher and she is amazing. Her communication skills were never lacking. She taught him a lot in the sessions he had with her and he would improve greatly off each one. She was use in tandem my sons schools lessons and concert dates to make sure he was prepared for each one.

The flute was lost spring 2022. Anne K. kept great communication with me involving the issue. I did purchase the insurance for it. She gave me golden nuggets information to help with the lost process. Bc of my personal issues I was unable to do everything she requested in a timely manner and I was still treated with respect! Thank you so much Anne.

The establishment is clean, organized, spacious parking lot. Close to quick trip and other food and department stores.

This review details the work of Bernadette Gonzalez as she has worked on many of my school band instruments. Bernedette treated my requests with patience and professionalism. I had a few requests that were a little uninformed on my part. She communicated with real sincerity and honesty about what was needed and what was not a priority. In the end she was right. The instruments came back to our students even better than I expected because she took the time to understand our needs. I can tell you from many years of experience as a school band director this has not been how I was treated by other music store repair techs. Instruments rented are good quality. When I picked up my bundle as directed by the band director, I was given a tenor sax book rather than an alto sax book. One associate told me that they would replace it for the correct book no questions asked and another associate wouldn’t do that when I came to the store. I was charged for the book and got an invoice. I expect that the experts would have given me the right book and I never questioned it, so was shocked when I had trouble getting the correct book without extra charges. However, the president did follow up with me and addressed the situation appropriately. But only after I shared my experience in this review (which has now been edited to reflect my improved experience).
