was my daughter golden birthday so i surprised her by taking her to salon to get her hair colored purple with blue at the ending. Johnny said it maybe a step process due to needed hair to be platinum to achieve maximum colors, my daughter's hair was dark brown. he bleached her hair it got golden in places and white in others, so he said we will need to return. he put a temporary purple which only held mostly to the root of her hair. we explained spending most of the weekend in the pool ( which only turned out to a few hours one day) he gave us some sample products one a conditioner he say to put in before we go into the pool and the other a spray which should help with moisture and keeping the color in her hair. i put the products in her hair and we dive into the pool, came back up and all purple was stripped from her hair leaving only bleached blond hair.. we return to our room about 5 and i try calling the salon found out it was closed at 3pm on Saturday.. so i called Monday asking to for him to return call after 2pm to me due to my work scheduling... 3pm to call so i call again.. yes i was not happy my daughter had to return to school with hooker bleached blond her.. she not having a good day.. finally got Johnny on the phone, explain what had gone on.. he said he is unable to assist the situation due to leaving town and is fully booked or the next few days.. so i said to see someone else, if someone else can put in the temporary color in until he sees her the following week... he said if someone else see her and put in the temp color it will be an extra $50 color.. so i ask what did i pay for on our previous visit which cost $160 plus 15% tip (all he did was bleach her hair, no style, no color and no trim the edges like we wanted) and he said that was for the bleach job.. so i said how much will you finishing the job on her hair be, he said an extra $100 to $150 so i said can i have a list of what u already did.. because i would like to know what it is i paid for and how much it will be going forward... apparently my tone and my inquire was too much for Johnny which resulted in him saying he is unable to finish the job he started.. he can put in another temporary purple in a week;however, he is unable to finish the job on my daughter hair.. now here we are with bleach blond, white/gold hair...and styles refusing to fix or...

I love this salon! Big city feel in north central Wisconsin. I have never left without amazing hair, I have biracial daughters and it's the only place that can actually style, highlight, and cut their curly hair leaving it beautiful, soft, and highlighted without making it a dry frizzy mess! My step sons can actually get their hair done in Wausau without being told to travel because they have "ethnic hair". My own hair takes hours to do, they scheduled me for up to four hour blocks so they have enough time. They actually document every thing the do to your hair, so the next time you come, even if it's been a year, they know, down to the exact color mixture used to create your highlights or color. One time I got an unexpected call for a job interview and the owner actually gave me her office to use so I would be quite. They will fix what you don't like, they are always up to date on the latest trends and techniques, and are professional and friendly. One of the biggest things that struck me was when all the other salons were offering Brazilian blow outs B&B did their research and didn't offer due to the health and hair risks, way before it was in the news that it is potentially harmful. That says they are more than "just stylists". They also donate throughout the year to various causes, a local business with a social conscience is often...

Went there to get my hair lightened. I was told that my hair would be fine and damage would be minimal. Well, in the end, they burned all my hair off due to overprocessing (Only 1.5 inches were salvageable in the back, everything else was cornsilk). The owner was completely rude to me and didn't care about the chemical burns on my scalp or didn't bother to return my calls. When she did, I was told it was my fault for not knowing their "lingo"...... what?!?!

In the end, I lost a 1 and a half years worth of growth, and only got 3 bottles of product that cost them $35... I paid $120 to basically lose my hair and burn my scalp. I will never EVER go back to this salon, and Jalena, if you even care about your business and your clients..... don't EVER talk to them the way you...
