First and foremost, it was more expensive than Vino Latte.
IMO not as good espresso flavor from my drink. I wasn't impressed with my drink, Vanilla Hazelnut Breve. I really like strong smooth coffee with a hint of sweetness and flavor. This was mostly cream, with a hint of espresso, and barely could taste my flavorings.
Vino also likes to come up with fun rotating specialty drinks for you. This place sticks to just diff variations of coffee/espresso and milk/cream. You have to come up with your own flavor combos.
Probably worst of all, the gal working the counter was less than enthused⊠Even after mentioning that i haven't been there before, she just stood there looking at me. Give a little effort and great service can make up for subpar products anyday and make me want to come back.
Overall not impressed and will stick to getting my occasional treat from Vino Latte!

Read moreI absolutely loved the decor and atmosphere of this place! Collectivo makes great coffee beans so I was super excited for my drink. I ordered a honey latte with an extra double shot. Itâs great. Everything was great about my experience except for the service. The barista I had was incredibly cold and short with my boyfriend I. We came into the coffee shop about 25 minutes before close, ordered two drinks, used the bathroom, looked around and were out in less than 10 minutes. I work in a restaurant and have for my whole life, I know very well what itâs like to be almost at the end of the day and have customers come in. I felt her attitude towards us was absolutely unacceptable. I would have rather gone through the Starbucks drive thru so I wouldnât have to get out of my car to receive someoneâs attitude. This absolutely would have been a 5 star review if not...
Read moreI just moved to Wausau, so I've been looking to try out local places. I stopped in a little before noon today and was immediately struck at how cozy it looked: the warm, earthy tones, soft instrumental music, the smell of coffee. People were hanging out reading books, studying, or just chatting with each other. Since it was my first time, I took a few minutes to study the menu, but Erica was super patient and didn't rush me at all, which I appreciated. I ordered a sweet potato burrito and a cappuccino and decided to sit inside and eat. It was delicious! I was initially going to order something else but I'm glad I went with this! Between the cool atmosphere, the tasty food, and the pleasant staff, I'll definitely be...
