Direct LinQ Appliance & Furniture — Local services in Wauseon

Called them today as we were told a few years ago that they would be taking over all warranty work over for Speed Queen appliances sold by Lugbill Supply Center as Lugbill's quit selling Speed Queen appliances a few years ago. But when I called Direct LinQ they said they were doing that for Lugbill customers but now will no longer honor that agreement. They only will repair appliances sold by them. Its sad as Lugbill's talked how this was arranged to take care of their customers when they pulled out of selling appliance and talked so highly about Direct LinQ. But apparently Direct LinQ didn't see the need to honor this agreement. I did talk to Lugbill's who was surprised Direct LinQ would not honor this arrangement. So be aware that Direct LinQ, may not service Speed Queen washers. They will not honor previous agreements with referral sources. *Addendum: Direct LinQ responded to this review but ignored the prime issue. That they agreed to service units sold by Lugbill's when Lugbill's stopped selling appliances and Lugbill's made referrals for their customers to Direct LinQ baed on this agreement for appliance sales for the future. I understand that Direct LinQ might limit repair work on sales from another company with no relationship. But to back out of an agreement made with Lugbill's for their customers and to get future referrals from Lugbill's to me shows that honesty and integrity Direct LinQ has towards anyone who might purchase from them...

We purchased a scratch and dent washer & dryer, but there were a couple mechanical issues after delivery. After a phone call a refund was obtained and the set returned. Jake is very personable, honest and believes in great customer service. Highly recommend you check out DirectLinq...
