Subway — Restaurant in Wauseon

If I was able to leaving half a star or no stars I would. I’ve placed two orders at this subway in the last week. I decided to give them a second chance. Both of my totals from the last week is just about $40. The first time I went they forgot veggies, and 2 of the sauces I asked for. The second sub they toasted, I asked for not toasted, and I noticed in the drive thru it was toasted, I stayed at the drive thru window, and had them “remake” it. They didn’t properly remake it, they just used different bread, the veggies had gotten Soggy from being warm, and they forgot my sauce. I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered 3 foot longs. The first one I asked for extra veggies and extra sauce. I didn’t get extra veggies or sauce, the second sauce I didn’t receive extra veggies or sauce either. The third sub didn’t have any of the sauces at all, or extra veggies. I ordered online, all they had to do was read the receipt. I took the third sub back, and they didn’t remake it at all. It was the same bread, all they did was add sauce. It wasn’t extra sauce, or extra veggies. I’ve worked at subways, I know what is supposed to come on a sub, and what is extra. First time at this Wauseon Subway. Beautiful bldg, younger boy was friendly, but older woman was not... That's the positive thing I can say about my experience. Now for the negative: I presented a coupon and was promptly told this store does not accept ANY coupons. I said I live locally and receive this coupon in the mail. She said corporate sends them out, and they (Wauseon Subway) choose NOT to participate. What a disappointment....so I said, "Well, may I have the senior discount?" (My wife and I are in our 70's.) She said," We do not give ANY discounts. "I commented, "No wonder your restaurant is empty on a Sunday afternoon." I told her I would be sure to visit a DIFFERENT Subway next time. When I opened the 2 foot-long subs at home, my wife commented that these were the least amount of toppings we have ever had on any "Subway" sandwich. Bottom line, we paid $5.50 MORE for the same sandwiches we get at another, "coupon participating Subway" (and they don't scrimp on...

Worst Subway in a 20 mile radius! Would rate 0 stars if possible. No specials. No coupons honored. No soup. Tables need wiping. Drink area was unclean. Was a bit apprehensive about the food as much looked dried out and appeared to have been sitting in the bins for a while. Be sure you have time to eat your food before they close. Ordered our food. Sat down to eat. Were told it was closing time and we had to leave. Have NEVER been able to NOT finish a meal once in a restaurant before closing. When we asked if we could just sit and finish while they cleaned up they said no. Sat in our car in 5* weather outside the restaurant and finished our food. 15 minutes later they had not yet come back in the dining room to clean. Absolutely no reason why we couldn't have remained inside to finish our meal. There are plenty of other places to eat in wauseon. Stay away if you think you can have a quick sandwich after a ball game. Will NEVER patronize this...
