AKIRA — Local services in Wauwatosa

This was my first time visiting Akira at Mayfair Mall… and behold the cashier came out of nowhere and told me I disrespected her. I never said anything bad to her. She was very young and illiterate and thought she was about that life. I couldn’t figure out why she was so mad but now I remember, I think it was because I told her she couldn’t touch my phone. Then she said to me don’t get mad at me, and dont disrespect me. I said little girl, and then she said “I’m not a little girl”. I was really given her dumb behind a complement but she was to young to realize that. I was asking for the discount and she was telling me I needed to use my email address and I wouldn’t let her touch my phone and she went OFF. Akira needs to train this uneducated girl the principal of stepping at someone else’s mother besides her own. I have kids her age that would take it to the streets. Too much gossiping about other co workers they don't like to even see a customer looking around the store for over 15 minutes. I couldn't find what I needed because the store was jam packed with inventory which was overwhelming I didn't know where to even begin looking. I did end up finding something I liked but it was a chore I probably wont be back. I would much rather shop at the smaller boutiques who are happy to help and happy to have the business and its easier to find what you are looking for. Placed a order online for the package to be delivered to this store so that it wouldn’t get stolen from my neighbors whole time one of their employees stole my package and they lied and said it was delivered to a house. HOW?! When I clearly made the option for it to be delivered at Akira’s Mayfair mall. How does USPS confuse a house from a store inside a mall? Make it make sense. I’ve been shopping here for the last 7/8 years even got invited to private shopping events I don’t even trust this store and will never spend my money here. Please be cautious with ordering online and having it delivered...
