Customer service review: Black Friday was today and oh boy was I happy that everything was 50% off! Everything seemed very nice until you get up to the cashier. Here I was paying for my stuff when the cashier MESSED UP my payment. A quick overview, I asked to order a second sweater from the sweater I was going to buy in-store. But instead he thought I meant get rid of the sweater in-store and only order the sweater online. Note, I was realized this AFTER I left the store to show my sweater to my girlfriend when it was not there. Fine, I thought, it was just a simple misunderstanding, I'm just going to go in and get it straightened out. And guess what happened, it did get straightened out, oh yes it did after 15 MINUTES. Because the cashier who misinterpreted me didn't have the DECENCY to own up to his mistake and fix my order on the spot. Instead he let another cashier flat out send me to the back of the line ON BLACK FRIDAY. I didn't say anything because I did not want to stir up a scene but the cashiers here are HORRIBLE. I don't know if he's new or whatever but that is NO EXCUSE. As a warning to new AND old customers, I was a loyal customer, you better make sure your order payment is correct before you leave the cashier's desk because they will NOT help you even if they were the one who did the wrong....
Ā Ā Ā Read morethere staff needs to learn how to deal with money working in retail, gave the cashier 60.90 the total was 52.90$ Gave her exact change because I didnāt want anymore change she was in such a rush and looked at me like I was dumb for giving her coins she just shoved me my coins back and didnāt even acknowledge that I gave her it because I gave her 60$ whole point is I donāt want more change and she told me no keep your change and I was confused I assumed she was gonna give me my exact change since she insisted I keep my coins and gave me more change that I specifically was trying avoid and I told her thatās the whole point I wanted to give you exact change was because I didnāt wanna have to deal with more extra change I donāt want. And said oh well I canāt go back, girl at least say sorry and offer to take my change for the stupid inconvenience. And even before there staff are so slow the prior cashier that checked me out couldnāt even scan a barcode, working myself in retail this is embarrassing. Hire more...

I paid for an online order and mustāve picked it up in this store #30128. She refused to give me an order for her own personal reasons that were not professional nor for policy reasons. Iām not sure if this was discrimination at this point but I have no obligation to listen to a disrespectful attitude and loud tone in order to pick up my items that I paid for. I have filed a complaint to the district manager. This āmanagerā seems to have a very unprofessional and immature way of handling a situation with a customer. Iām sorry, but I donāt have time to argue with anyone; she refused to give me my items and said I have to come a different day. Hollister allows customers to pick up orders at their convenience, not under the managers discretion. Extremely unprofessional. Iāll be making sure this incident goes to...
